I recently had the pleasure of working with Eric and the team at Offroad Elements to have my 2014 Jeep Wrangler regeared from stock 3.21 to 4.56 gears and had electronic locking differentials added to both front and rear axles. Additionally, they replaced front and rear axles, rear drive shaft and installed new front ball joints. I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Eric’s deep knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the process, and he took the time to explain every detail, ensuring I felt confident in the upgrades being made.
The quality of the work was top-notch. My Jeep performs better than ever, and I can already feel the difference both on and off the road. The attention to detail and craftsmanship put into the regearing and installation of the locking differentials was evident in the final result. The team at Offroad Elements worked efficiently, and they clearly take pride in their work.
In addition to the technical expertise, the customer service was stellar. Eric and his team were friendly, approachable, and always available to answer any questions I had. Just had these guys mount and balance some Nitto Ridge Grapplers they recommended and couldn't be happier with the result. Great service. I would encourage anyone with a Jeep or Truck to have them do your work!

Awesome service. Eric just installed a Clayton Overland+ lift for me. Everything dialed in perfectly (alignment shop right next door). Now my Rubicon drives better than my Grand Cherokee! Highly recommended.

If you need great parts order from here. Customer service is so AWESOME. The people have bent over backwards to get it right. I cannot recommend them enough. As far as issues with them, I haven’t had any. When I order anything from them and there is a problem, all I do is send them a message and they are on it. I can"t say anything negative about them at all. Great bunch of people there. Happy to order from them anytime. Find out for yourself.

I recently experienced the finest car service in my 35 years of driving various vehicles, thanks to the exceptional team at Offroad Elements. Their professionalism and expertise are unparalleled. My journey began with a successful lift installation, followed by a new set of tires and wheels. However, a persistent vibration issue arose, which the team, led by the diligent Eric, addressed with unwavering commitment.
Eric meticulously replaced the tires not once, but three times, each time with a different brand, allowing me to test drive for over 500 miles to ensure quality. Despite these efforts, the vibration persisted. Undeterred, Eric's dedication to excellence shone through as he ultimately pinpointed the issue to the wheels. Upon replacing them, the problem was resolved.
The level of professionalism, thorough follow-up, and clear communication I received from Offroad Elements was truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of top-notch car care.

I cannot say enough good things about Offroad Elements and the owner Eric. I had gotten burned by offroad shops in the past so I called his shop. Before I ordered anything I spent 30 or more minutes speaking with him and getting his oppenion and recommendations on the upgrades I was looking for. He was very friendly and helpful, not pushy and answered all my silly questions. I took his advise on several of the upgrades I was looking at and I'm glad I did. I got my products quickly and started my instal. Eric was there every time I called him and had a question or ran into a wall. I have made several purchase since then and will always check his site before I order parts. If you don't see it on the site give them a call. Very professional and they have earned my business.

Eric and his team are the nicest people I’ve met in Massachusetts. They are very thorough and knowledgeable on all sorts of lift options for many different vehicles. If you’re looking for quality work go to Elements Off Road. I just got my 4Runner done and it looks and rides great. I’ll add photos later on.

Top notch customer service! Active on Offroad Facebook Groups and forums, always answering questions and reminding you they're there to save you a few bucks. Bought a set of 37 Nitto Trail Grappler from Stevie G 2 years ago, saw a post on a FB group, and remembered me and sent me a message. Pre- Ordered 42 micky Thompsons a week later! East Coast- West Coast doesn't matter; They're all over!
