We called Francisco about a RAV4 that we were interested in before driving over. We explained that we lived two hours from the dealership and wanted to confirm that it was what we were looking for and would be available when we arrived. Not even two hours later the car was sold to someone else. We didn't receive a courtesy phone call or anything, just him trying to sell us other poorly priced vehicles. I wouldn't be suprised if he knew it was going to be sold and just baited us, assuming we wouldn't drive two hours without buying.

They take an unprecedented amount of time to mail over the registration. Pretty frustrating working monday-friday and trying to plan out when I can have my new vehicle inspected accordingly

This is the worst place ever!! I regret buying my car here regret bringing it in for service. $1800 dollars and I'm still having problems. Regret calling them because they lie and are inconsistent with prices and info. I regret going here period!!! Worse expensive decision I have ever made. Will never go back or get my hard earned money again ever! Don't waste your time. Go to a business that is honest, will value you as a customer and Human. This place does none of that. I rather go to Ira Toyota. At least they value and are honest with customers. i shouldve known better. Shady used car business. Buyer Beware!!

I’ve had a great experience from Midway Auto. I’ve usually purchased my cars from the big brand dealerships (Herb Chambers, Village, Ira, etc) because customer experience & support is just as important to me as the automobile itself. Sometimes, smaller operations don’t always hold that bar very high so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Midway had a specific vehicle in their inventory that I liked so i decided to give them a shot.
Gary, the sales manager was very responsive, accommodating, friendly, and transparent. The buying process with Dave was easy and clean. He even allowed an extended test drive. Mike the finance manager was diligent and agreeable particularly as I asked him to modify the agreement a couple times. I had a couple requests for the vehicle pre-delivery that Dave happily obliged to. There was a minor dash light issue that arose later on which they quickly addressed and even provided a loaner while they squared it away!
I can confidently recommend Midway and this team.

Don't get angry with your customers because you sold them a lemon that has been nothing but problems while there has been less than 2K miles put on the car since buying it. This car had issues and you sold it like that and we pay good money for a a warranty. Fix it. It's a simple solution

They gave me a great price for my trade. I had problems after purchasing a vehicle, and there were some disagreements. However, the service department is excellent. I would recommend this dealership if the buyer does their due diligence regarding the vehicle they are purchasing. Overall, they seem to be a good organization.

Had a great experience with Kevin and the team with my purchase. Everything was very straightforward and they were able to quickly register, service, and inspect the vehicle in house. Not to mention they thoroughly cleaned the car inside and out and topped off the tank before I drove off! Happy to do business with this dealership in the future.

Their vehicles have issues they say they’ll fix after you buy,. They offer you a warranty that you have to pay and they absolutely will not negotiate prices. Despite this I would’ve bought a car if Micheal from finance wasn’t so rude, argumentative and miserable. They gave me a quote, I put a $200 hold on the vehicle not a down payment because I wasn’t sure and they knew I wasn’t sure about it. They then pushed for paperwork to be signed to “get the ball rolling” before fixing the car. I called to check on the progress of the vehicle and to take the warranty off because it’s useless and would cost more in the long run. After talking to Micheal, I decided not to go through with the purchase because he was so rude. He said he doesn’t want my $200 and threatened to take me to court.

Mechanics have no right to be working on cars.. poor quality of service and management is no help when trying to solve a simple warranty issue.
DO NOT buy or have your vehicle serviced with Midway.
Very rude anytime we reached out for an update or why they are ordering parts without an explanation.
