Niko is a top notch representative for Metro and is ready willing and able to help all her customers with their questions, problems, explaining the pros & cons of all the products for sale. I would never go to a different Metro because of the excellent service I receive from Niko in the Abington store.

We love this metro and will only go to Metro pcs in Abingdon, we love Niko and her sister they are knowledgeable and they are sweet hearts, they solve every problem and if they can't they point us to the rite direction..we have been loyal patrons of theirs for years..

I have been a long time customer with metro pcs and i go to this location for the great service by Neko ,she is very knowledgable and helpful ,other locations just say i dont know when i ask them something but not Neko . Very helpful .

Niko is the best! I have been a long term metro customer and went there while I lived in Abington for years. I moved to Taunton and went to a downtown location there once I received my refurbished unlocked phone that I bought on Amazon. Two people working the counter told me it wasn't unlocked and that I had been taken and lied to . The next day I drove to Abington and Niko solved the issue . She immediately knew a new sim card was needed and I left happy with my phone. I will never go to another metro store if Niko is available
