I went there to get a pedicure done the service was the worst I've ever had and my feet peeled for a week straight. Would not recommend this place I agree with others it has gone down hill and will never go back

This nail salon does a great service wise but their customer service is another. I used the translation app on my iphone to see what they were saying when they started laughing and they were laughing at the lady next to me and my translation app said they were calling her feet ashy and ugly. Making fun of customers is just not cool at all. I think they need to look in the mirror at themselves and I am sure they wouldn’t be happy. I mean you do not know who is really disabled or deformed for real before you start speaking your language. Also beware that there are customers coming in your shop and using translators because we live in a different world now with technology and nothing that you say goes unheard.

I have been here on multiple occasions within the last year. I have come to love getting my nails done by Sally as she is so detail oriented and very nice. However when I do get my nails done by the male employee I am always disappointed. He has been beyond rude to myself and my partner. The gel polish chips by the second day. You can tell he rushes the application due to the finished nails having bubbles and chipping so quickly. Often he is throwing your hand after he finishes it, which again is rude. As I said above, I do love this salon because the ladies are wonderful and I always try to give the man a chance incase he changes however he has not ! I have had great pedicure that have lasted, by done by the women. Again I love it here but he really needs to take his time and pay attention to the way he treats his clients because it takes away from the great work everyone else does.

Honestly I used to come here years ago and the place was awesome! Now it’s gone down hill. All my nails are messed up, thick, all cut up and have the residue all over. I mentioned multiple times i was not happy and still was charged 52$ for this set. I will NOT be returning.

I was the only one in the the place. They "new" owner was on his phone talking so LOUD the WHOLE time it set your teeth on edge. The guy who did my pedicure was so abrupt. Slapped my leg to put my foot in the water. Slapped it to take it out. Don't go here! Awful!

i liked this place but my past 2 times in the last month left me unsatisfied , my nails at first just didn’t like them honestly but the second time they were just messy looking , i asked for it to be sharp and square and i kept telling her it was a little messy but the more she tried to fix it the more black nail polish would go everywhere. there was a point they were laughing and pointing at my nails which made me uncomfortable .Services: Nail art

Usually when I come to this nail salon the people are very nice and friendly until today when I walked in. The guy rudely told me he couldn’t do 2 children manicures that takes no more than 25 minutes. They just opened at 9 I arrived at 920 and there was 3 techs who weren’t doing anything. I asked him how long the wait was and he said we can’t do that for you. Maybe you guys should hire people who prioritize customer service. Will never be visiting this place again. I took the kids somewhere else that were able to do their nails and were very polite about the wait time they had.

I love this place, I came in with such a great welcoming. The workers were so nice, and the place was very clean and seemed not bad for a first time visit. At first because the place I was going to was closed, I had to come here, I asked for a gel manicure but at the end I was impressed, because of the great work they did.
