I love J Nail & Spa they treat each customer like they are family and they know each customer by name. They speak English and talk with their clients not each other so you get personalized service.i highly recommend this place.

I called 1 hour before closing to see if they could squeeze me in and they were so accommodating. David did my nails and I had a design that was fairly complicated. David was very honest he doesn't typically do designs, but he said "if you give me a change I'll give you one" and boy am I glad he did. They man put his best effort in and stayed a half hour past closing to make sure I was happy!!! I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone!!!

I have been going here for almost 10 years now and have never had a bad experience. David and Crystal are so welcoming and really make this a relaxing environment. David does a great job with gel manicures (that last awhile) and Crystal does it all from pedicures to manicures, to eyebrow waxing (I don't go anywhere else or trust anyone else). I will never return here or recommend. Should have known when I walked in and place was quiet with no one there. I had a get manicure done on a Thursday was chipped by Saturday. The person doing my nails didn’t speak a word to me filed the nails quick dipped in water buffed them painted and I was done in 20mins. $45 for the worse service and gel manicure I have ever received and the nails sides weren’t even painted after I gave a closer look. This is the most expensive gel manicure save your money and skip this place.Service: Gel manicure

The owner was very rude to me even though I had spent a lot of money and time there for 3 months. He was nice for a while but then was completely unprofessional. Not worth my time or money.Services: Gel manicure

Overall it wasn’t terrible but not good either. Probably one of the most painful gel manicures I have ever gotten. Very rough throughout the entire process leaving my nail and cuticles very sore. We’ll see how long the polish lasts.Also hard to tell if the tools are sanitized as they are just thrown loosely in a basket and nail clippings and old polish were brushed to the side.The owner seemed very nice and accommodating but I do not know if I will be going back.Update: Day 5 and the gel on my nails is already peeling. I unfortunately won’t be returning.Service: Gel nails

Overpriced for a gel manicure and pedicure. Hardly any massage and nails not shaped consistently the same. Overall not impressed and won’t be going back.

I would not recommend this place to anybody that I would know because I got a fungus the day after I got my nails done. I went in today, and they try to tell me it wasn't. They said I may have been allergic to the acrylic liquid. I had told them that i usually go to elite nails and spa and this never happens to me

I went there for the first time last week because my salon was booked. I got a gel manicure ($30 + tip) and within 2 days, it started lifting. Today is day 5 and it just peeled off in sheets. I am so disappointed. I don't know if it is their products or the tech. Needless to say, I won't be going back. I clean and do dishes wearing gloves. I've never experienced this with gel before.
