I discovered IFS this year and am absolutely delighted with their service! They went above and beyond, uncovering tax deductions my previous CPA missed. Their pricing is also significantly lower than what I paid before. Communication was top-notch throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. I'll definitely be returning to IFS next year.

I have been a customer for years. The staff is great, but the rates go up significantly with no notification. Before booking again this year, I called to request a copy of the fee schedule. I was told that they do have one, but don't share it. This years fees have gone up (understandable) but they won't say how much. As a consumer of a service, we deserve transparency.
