Although their showroom initially appears to be geared to commercial customers, their staff and their knowledge of homeowner concerns are immediately addressed by their friendly staff. From the moment I entered the showroom I got the feeling that regardless of whether you were there to purchase a $5,000 generator or a $250 leaf blower, they treated you professionally and with completeness. Anyone leaving a negative review regarding lack of attentiveness or not handling service issues immediately should reconsider and cut them some slack as they are dealing with "post-COVID" conditions with a lack of skilled labor. “I went into Richmond Hardware today to find some mechanical bolts and nuts to replace the broken ones on my collapsible camping chair. I was met by the manager/owner(?) who paged an employee to assist me in selecting the proper length and width of the bolts and nuts. Matt examined the broken piece and selected a proper replacement bolt for each of the broken pieces. I thought that I would be spending my afternoon with pliers and a wrench. But to my surprise, Matt attached the bolts and tightened the nuts. I definitely recommend Richmond Hardware for their courteous employees and expert service. Thank you.”

“Service is always 5 stars here, the never look and run away like the big chain stores. Old school five star service. they look at you and ask if they can help you find anything. They always make great keys and best price around. Definately check here with auto keys 1st, $20 here. Selection isn't perfect,but if you have the chance to save $70 it's worth a check., $90 and $200 at the dealer these days. Especially if I need a few keys. The vale is greater or better than chain stores. “It was a pleasure shopping at Dewhurst Lumber Co Inc. Ace Hardware. Several staff members offered assistance as soon as I walked in. I was in the market for a 32 ft. Extension ladder they had it in stock. Their pricing was very fair considering it is a uncommon item and Home Depot and Lowes needed to have it shipped to their stores. After purchase, a couple of guys loaded it in to my truck and I took off. Very seamless shopping experience overall. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“This location is very neatly stocked up, which made finding the exact blinds we were looking for a quick & simple process. Before looking around for someone to answer a couple of quick questions, a helpful associate seemingly read our minds & magically appeared.. and with all the answers too! After that, we proceeded to checkout, conveniently spotting both "cash and/or card" and "card only" registers at self-checkout, finishing up our trip here in 5-10mins.
