Cars battery was dead when I went to pick it up and the traction control system is messed up. even though they told me they are going to have it fixed by the time I went there to pick it up(over a week and a half prior), was waiting around for over an hour to get the battery in. I have had the car for 2 days now and the check engine light is already on, I got it scanned and the cats are clogged apparently, bunch of other stuff on the car doesn't work, I've emailed twice and tried called, no response. This car is one of the worse ones I've ever had and I spend 11k on it. They don't have one mechanic working at this whole place they used a huge a** impact gun to take the battery off and took 4 people this place is a joke and looks like they hire people off the street. Will be taking legal action if they don't respond to my emails within this next week. You guys are scum bags and all suck and your jobs!

In all fairness to this dealership, I will say after pulling some wisdom teeth and bringing others into the situation, I got a full rebate for the car that in my estimation was a lemon. At 74 years old I was told to never step on their property again. I had owned my own business but please beware. The words will flow like honey out of their mouths until something goes wrong. Then you have a very verbally abusive owner come at you with guns blazing ( just a term). On the last exchange with them, I had to meet "the runner" at my own bank. Because they sold me a bad car and I protested, they treated me like crap. I have no idea how this guy continues to operate.

I didn't buy a car --- I sold one. We quickly arrived at a fair price. I then saw it listed on their web site. I sold them a mechanically perfect car with some minor exterior flaws that they repaired. Considering what they paid me for it, plus knowing the cosmetic work they would have done to bring it up to like new, I can say their pricing is very fair. I would gladly work with them again either to sell to them or buy from them. (Note: On posting this, I noticed Yelp automatically put my location as San Francisco. I don't know why. I'm on the North Shore, Massachusetts.)

Terrible. Bought a jeep about two months ago. We hear a noise coming from the car when you turn the wheel. They check it out, give us a sticker and say nothing is wrong. We bring it to Hiller and they tell us its been in an accident and needs over $2000 worth of work. We bring it back to Mass Auto and they say they see nothing wrong and hear no noise. I tried to let them fix the problem and they didn't. I'll be seeing them in court.

VERY HAPPY. Look, buying a used car can have its challenges. I'll simply say that Michael and his team will do everything to help alleviate those challenges. The vehicle we purchased needed some repairs, and Michael immediately took ownership of fixing the vehicle. We are very happy as an end result. Thank you Michael, Wesley, and Paul.

I am updating my review of Mass Auto World. The owner, Michael and I have been in contact since my previous review, and he worked with me to make things right. This, to me, is a great way to earn a customer's trust. In the future, I will most certainly look for another car here. Thank you again!!!!

I'm writing this review as a long overdue thank you to Michael at Mass Auto World. I brought a friend from work who is a single mother with not much money. Michael came through big time and really went above and beyond. I'm afraid this might sound like a fake review but I promise it is 100% real. It's always hard to trust car salesmen but I definitely trust this place. I'm sure not money was made because of how much they did for her so the least I could do was write this review and say thank you!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS GUY. Bought a car for my daughter to go to college 29 days ago. The wheel looked bent so we took it to our mechanic. The frame is broken. Mike says it's not his problem because it passed inspection. Massachusetts says it's under warranty. TBC

Do NOT use this dealership!! They sell lemons and take advantage of people!!! And when it is brought to their attention (nicely), they ignore and disregard you!!!

I am living in California and needed to buy a car for my mom who lives on the cape. They made the transaction so easy and convenient for both of us, and got her in a great reliable car for a really great price. She couldn't come and get the car for a few weeks so they held the car for her until she could pick it up. Mass Auto took care of everything we needed and made the process so nice! I can't say enough how they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I was stressed out about finding a car for her while not being there, but they made sure I was in good hands. I am definitely going to recommend them to my friends and family who need a car. Thank you so much Mass Auto!

Bought a 4runner recently and the process was smooth and easy. Wouldn't work with me on price but it was fairly priced anyway. Not the classiest establishment but the guys are nice, friendly, fair and take care of whatever is needed to get the vehicle delivered.
