The easiest process I've ever been through buying a car. It was more like buying a cell phone. I didn't have to do the legwork of getting the license plate They did it for me

I spoke with Matt today, and even though a purchase/deal was not made it wasn’t due to lack of customer service. He took the time to look into my inquiry and was very honest with me about my situation. Did not waste my time. For that reason alone, I would encourage people to explore purchasing from here.

THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE “BEST!!” Car shopping experience of MY LIFE!!
Emilio was Unbelievably Honest and Straightforward!
He went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. From staying open late well after hours to meet with me, to going the extra mile by going to the local BMW directly without being asked to b uy a new factory license plate bracket for me without being asked, and did it for free!! I have NEVER felt so CONFIDENT in a used car dealer!!!
Keep in mind I drove over 2 hours to get there because they had the best price by far for the car we were looking for. It made us nervous to drive so far by it was so worth it!!
I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR MY NEXT PURCHASE!
And I will tell everyone I know, if you want the BEST Used Cars at the Best Price, go talk to Emilio and everyone at CROWN AUTO!!

Nice place, small, almost hard to find depending on what side of the road you're on. I loved the Acura they had but it would bring me off budget. I would visit again in the future.

Bought my car elsewhere but Crown has very transparent, personal service. Finance options solid. No pressure. Lots of vehicles out of the South/TX (no snow/salt - clean!).

Bought a car from them, they told me they don't offer warranties. A week into owning the car I had a catastrophic engine failure - the Emelio will not do anything for me, basically pointed out that I "declined the warranty". They are completely fraudulent, you are risking your money by shopping with these guys.

Hi, I WOULD NOT recommend this car dealership to anyone. I have had the worst experience with this car dealership. they are unreliable and dishonest. Just yesterday, i went to this dealership and had the money in cash and IN FULL after being in contact with them. After having a conversation with them, I was assured that i would be getting the car tomorrow because they stated that papers and documents were not available and ready. the next day, AS IM ON MY WAY, i get a call saying that the car has been already sold to another customer, although the car was promised to me. This dealership is beyond unprofessional and has caused a huge inconvenience for my family & i. I would avoid this “business” at all costs.
