Collision Craftsmen did an absolutely incredible job repairing my Audi after a break in. Excellent work performed, always kept informed of the progress, overall amazing experience. Jay (owner) was kind enough to pick me up at the train station coming from Boston to retrieve up the vehicle on a Saturday when they weren’t open. Highly recommend for any automotive needs.

Jay and his team at Collision Craftsmen are honest, friendly, communicative, and professional. We brought our truck in for Transmission issues (yikes!) . Jay did a thorough job all while being transparent and honest the whole time. He went above and beyond while staying within my budget and keeping us informed along the way. This business is definitely senior friendly. My elderly mother was in a small fender bender accident and brought her Honda Civic in for repair. She said that Jay sat with her and reviewed the insurance documents and was very kind and helpful. His reassuring manner helped her in a stressful time. I contacted Jay through a friend at work after I had an unfortunate run in with the back of my dads truck in the driveway. Jay told me when I dropped the car off that he would take care of everything and he did not disappoint! The car looks brand new and you can’t tell anything ever happened. Jay and his team worked fast while still being meticulous, I would 100% send anyone needing auto body work to him!!
