“My experience has been really positive. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.
However, I recently came into the branch to do a wire. A new hire came to facilitate my wire. This person did not speak fluent English. I couldn't understand much of what she said. This is America and our language is English. When my grandparents arrived from Poland, they learned English. That was expected. We shouldn't have to struggle to decipher what is being said. Im staying with the bank because I like the people. If non English speaking customers can ask for a translator or a different employee...why cant we also.”
