Waited in line for 25 minutes to be told they were too busy and tied up all day. Said I had to do my transaction online, explained that I tried three times on separate devices and it does not work. She just shrugged. Not to mention the ATM was broken there so no transactions could be done there either. Why even be open.

Iike every thing about it so far. The little hidden charges they have are a little too greedy. Bank accounts should be lucky to have you as a customer.

This branch is very unprofessional I made a deposit here and I asked the teller to recount the money I knew how much it’s supposed to be and we count 4-5x first count was off $20 every count after that was the amount I expected when I got home and checked my account they deposited my money $200 short which made no sense and then they told me it’s my fault for not writing the amount on the slip next the teller said that she told me it was short 200 on the first count (lie) then she said the money counter had $200 stuck on it (lie) I’m sure by now you’d be trained on how to use a money counter ! If you have Bank of America go somewhere else not this branch at least

I waited 20 minutes for someone to help me with a bank statement while they helped someone that came after me. When I told the teller about the wait, she stated she’s doing me a “favor” because normally I have to wait for customer service…because I pointed out my disappointment with the wait, she refused to help me again and stated I have to wait. I ask to speak with someone in charge, she pointed to the manager. The manager( Brazilian with long black hair) stated she offered me a help earlier and I declined. That’s not true. She came out of her office asking who’s next in Portuguese( assuming everyone speaks Portuguese, the good thing I do) I raised my hand and she ignored me and proceeded to help a Brazilian couple. When I told her she ignored me earlier, she said I didnt say anything. Why would I refuse help if I’ve been waiting for so long? It doesn’t make sense. She didn’t want to admit she ignored me and wanted to help her OWN people. She kept pointing fingers at me while she was talking to me. I even mentioned that to her, and she kept going.I felt humiliated. I’ve been with BOA since 2004. I have checking, savings, Visa and Master credit card with BOA. I was never treated this way. If you are not Brazilian AVOID THIS PLACE. This place needs a lot of training in customer service.

They charge an $8 fee to cash a check if you don't have an account. Even if the check was made out from their bank. They are just more thieves.

One of the worst experiences of my life. Caucasian male manager has no idea how to run a branch and treat customers with respect. Three separate instances I can document that detail his horrific customer service in addition to both tellers (both female) that was displayed. HQ will be notified. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This branch needs a lot of help to say the least. Please advise before going to this branch, they will not be able to assist you and will get angry with you if you ask for anything that involves them having to do their job.

The worst - impossible to get anyone on the phone - that's after you have to listen to a recorded message - they should just record a message that says "don't call us because we don't care.

This bank is absolutely useless... the man with the accent always standing around the lobby is Useless and unhelpful ... I've gone in this bank several times and he would not give me the help I needed nor even let me talk to an associate .... I always wind up having to drive to the brockton bank where they actually want to help the Customers not sending them away telling them to just use the app.... I've 3 different interactions with this man and they all ended the same way... "just go on the app.. " no thank you I'd rather be helped by a real live person.....
