They are professional as well as communicate quite well when it comes to talking to their clients about their car. And that's a big thing for me they communicated the update of what's the process going on as well as call me after. Let me know that my car is ready even cleaned up the car a little bit. It's the small details that make me want to go back as well as recommend them.

Great service! Very easy and very quick. Best price in Abington I could find. Got my car back in 1 day after a small fender bender. Was also surprised to see the interior was completely detailed and I wasn’t expecting it. Feels like a new car. Thanks guys 10/10!

Honestly words can’t express how good of a job they did with my Volkswagen Passat. When I dropped my car off, it looked a total wreck. Their autobody team did a phenomenal job and the detailing looks so good it feels like I have a brand new car. Customer service was superb and will be referring my friends and family. I’m so happy I chose them for the job!

I recently had my car repaired here. Balthazar was great from the start explaining the process and handling this all in a timely way. If I ever need more repairs on my vehicle I will be back. I would refer anyone in need of repairs to Auto Shine in Abington!

My car was totalled and transfered from the Braintree location to Abington. Progressive was delaying the process for them to tear down the car. It was declared totalled by a Progressive evaluator over a month after being in the shop. No fault of their own.Was told I had to pick up my remaining dashcam parts and plates after releasing the car to them for it to be taken.Confirmed with the manager(?) that my car was present and that I could come by. I show up. He's not there, my car's not there, plates and dashcam aren't either. Guy at the desk gives me his phone to talk. It says "Papa". He tells me he's sorry, the plates should have been there but was moved to the detailing location. Says I don't have to go anywhere and to save me the trouble they'll send the stuff to my house. I don't believe it, but I reconfirm with him.Weekend later, I call and tell him I've seen and heard nothing. He tells me the "guy with the plates" is coming in that day. I ask about the dash cam. Basically tells me to shove off because I released the car and he gave it to the auction already. I tell him to destroy the plates and forget it. I'm not wasting my time on lies.Girlfriend just told me she called to ask about the situation and he kept telling her I was a woman over and over again. Absolutely unbelievable. I've been nothing but patient and understanding with these people, and this is the thanks I get.Service: Body & Trim

If your car needs repair this is the place to go! I went from one shop that was super sketchy and shady to this place which was such a relief. They are always there to pick up the phone and explain the entire process. They are kind, understanding and they clearly know what they are doing. I highly recommend this place! ?Services: Exhaust
