Great customer service, The girls that work the counter are always polite. and it's nice to be able to ask a question and they no the products in the store. And my personal opinion I think there priced pretty well just some things are over priced. But over all great place.

Bought a vape about two months ago and it stopped working, would not recharge. Went into the store and told that the vape I bought was out of stock and to return after shipment arrived and they would exchange it. Went back to the store and was told basically to go pound sand. Because I didn't have the original packaging or receipt (paid with credit card so it's in their system) they would not exchange it.Never going back there again.
