They acquired our loan and did not notify us since they automatically put us on e-statements. We kept paying the previous bank we were with and they reported us to the credit bureau even though we were paying on time. It is their responsibility transition over an account properly when they acquire it from another bank. We will be taking further action but I highly recommend staying away from Abington Bank. Just look at the reviews.

I tried cashing a check from that my mother gave me, and they kept me there for 15-20 min and for whatever reason wouldn’t cash the check & I’m on the account in case of emergency. After the same thing happened in Holbrook branch. I wouldn’t bank here if they paid me a monthly fee. This is only the second bad review I’ve ever written, and I’ve written a good amount of great reviews.

They start closing early and neglect customers because they’re doing multitasks. I wish upper management would addressed this issue and maybe look at times that people are cashing out an closing safes and have it be at a respectable hour after all Customer to take care of stoughton location

Awful customer service. Was a member of Randolph Savings Bank, which became Envision, bought by Abington. Their service went down hill FAST. Had three properties with loans through them, always worked to keep the loans in local banks, got the letter they stoped servicing my loans the day after it was to go in effect and transferred them out of state. You have no options to stay local even with this "local" bank.

I'm with a bank they bought but this change over was not a good move I can't access anything at this time I try to get my sign on before all this happening but nope no go and I have been to the bank they can't help and the manager called they could do anything to fix this issue not a very good start for me?? Will this be an indication of how they will be going forward,???

Bank is a joke... charges $1.50 for ATM fees and did not send me anything saying the were going to charge an atm fee...

I was assigned a mortgage lender Melissa. We spoke for about 2 min on the phone she seemed uninterested in assisting, was very rude and unprofessional and hung up the phone on me (not sure if it was on accident) but left a bad taste, no call back. I recommend going else where for a mortgage loan.

Joyce and the team in Holbrook went above and beyond to make it known our business matters! Every person in the bank greeted us with a warm and friendly Smile and we felt it! It was nice to feel welcomed; and we are happy to have a new hometown bank!

I have had more problems with this bank than there is space allowed to post all my complaints.I also never leave more than 500 dollars combined in both accounts for a variety of reasons that space won't allow me to explain.If there are disputed funds you will NEVER see those funds unless you get a judgement from a court in your favor to access those funds.

I've been banking here before they merged and since for business and personal banking. I have always had exceptional customer service. The customer service reps are always quick to answer questions or to pick up the phone and call me if there are any. The staff are always friendly, many know me by name. I wish the drive thru ATM was not past the drive thru, this is inconvenient. But for personal service I will deal with it.

This bank is a disaster ever since they merged with other banks..they are trying to become big,and I guess in order to do that they decided to forget the little guys (custermers) .do your self a favor and go anywhere but Abington bank

They stop you from using your debit card, at places you have always used. They're not good anymore. How hard is it to check that you use a certain service, and allow you to use it? Too tough for them = 1 star.
