September of 2023, Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee limited , Diesel. Brought it straight to get an oil change. Power steering fluid was empty, break fluid was low. Tow days later it started pouring out coolant. They fixed it a charged me over $200 because there was no warranty. I paid over $17,000 for the truck. They should have fix it just in good faith. Three times in the next month I had to bring it back for the same reason. Told me they pressure tested and there were no leaks. Happened again a month later. Over heating and leaking. Brought it to another mechanic, he thought it might be the thermostat. He showed me the thermostat and it was black and covered with a black greasy substance. He suggested that Abington pour something in to seal the leak. Another month went by, engine light came on, was over heating, service 4 wheel drive system came on, was stuck in 4wheel drive low and would not go over 38MPH. Got fed up and when to the dealership. They said all the wires underneath were completely fried, two hoses were leaking, and would cost 5k for just a knew harness, over 3k for the hoses. Problem is Jeep no longer has that harness. Has been in the shop for a month while they are trying to figure it out. STAY THE xxxx AWAY FROM ABINGTON AUTO MALL!!!!!

Took advantage of a 1st time buyer. Car sold needs a new engine less than 6 months from purchase. It should be illegal what this dealership did

I tried to buy an auto at Abington Auto Mall but sadly, they offer no warranty on their products other than they pass inspection. The salesperson was pleasant enough but there was no negotiation room at all it was their way or the highway. They did however try to get me to purchase an extremely expensive - actually 2,200- extended warranty policy that they probably make 50% on rather than stand behind their products.I wanted to give them $8,000 but they made it too difficult for me to give them my money so I don't recommend them.I'm giving them two stars rather than one star because at least the salesperson was pleasant.

The prices of cars are crazy ? now a days. Same here. But they have quality vehicles and are willing to work with you, financiallyIf you're not in a hurry to get a vehicle, swing bye a couple times a week. They're inventory moves along quicker than the other dealerships in the area

This place is so chill. I went to look at a used Kia Sedona, and I was just so pleased with the experience overall. Robert gave me plenty of time to check out the car inside and out, and answered all my questions without hesitation. The whole experience was very relaxed and genuine. I did not end up purchasing the vehicle, but I have nothing but praise for the experience I did have at Abington Auto Mall.

stay FAR FAR away from Abington Auto Mall and Weymouth Auto. I purchased a vehicle from this business and the check engine light came on shortly after and I could not get an inspection. They were very friendly and took care of the issue. Or so I thought. I had to keep bringing the car to the service garage or have it towed many times because the car was jolting. they told me it was because of the emissions. Then another time they said it was timing chain and I had to pay for the part $300. They said they replaced it and after 8 months of back and forth I was finally able to get an inspection sticker because the check engine light was finally not on the dash. Then I had to put another $1000 into it for a new alternator and battery. Then the engine seized broke a crankshaft and my mechanic said that Abington service put the timing chain in wrong causing the engine to seize. Abington Auto and Weymouth Auto take no responsibility and they said they can no longer help me out. Also one of the loaner cars they gave me while my car was in the garage overheated on my way home from work leaving me stranded for the 6th time from a vehicle from one of their dealerships. This kind of business is illegal and unacceptable.

I had worked there for five months. And was fired over a little miss communication and understanding. While I was working there. I was told to just get the vehicle safe. For as little money as possible. The details tec. was amazing. Very nice guy and super friendly.

The most helpful and nice people in the entire world!!!!! I destroyed my tire hitting a pothole last night and had to leave it on the side of the road across the street from the shop, and Mike was a savior this morning. He brought my car across the street, changed my tire, and helped me figure out what to do next since I've never been in this situation before. I will be making the drive from Quincy to see them again, the best service! I can't thank them enough!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. They are rude, and dishonest and lack morals. My son is 21 and bought a car from this trailer park car lot and has had issue after issue. He brought it back to them to fix. They lied and said nothing was wrong with the car even though it died in the middle of the road and all the lights went on. They kept it for 24 hours and said they "just put fluids in it", and it was all set it isn't. You would be better to stay far away from this place!!! We will now hire an attorney to take care of this lemon he has purchased. What a crummy way to live your life taking advantage of anyone for a dollar.
