Mrz. Christine always lends her ear and gives me pep talks, consoling me, encouraging me that I can make it through my dilemma, she’s an Angel, she’s a rose in a sea of thorns, one of the most polite and humble and caring woman that I ever met. I have no biases against anyone, and she’s not biased towards anyone either, because Christine talks to everyone the same like a genuine human person to another genuine human person. I have to for shame these 4 of 1 star reviews because I have a educated guess is that those guests claims are dishonest because I am certain those customers had a higher paying career that could have influenced the 1 star posts, I’m more humble than them, and I have so much empathy, and I am not pompous. Ms. Farrah is so amazing, she likes to help every customer, when I am there with her I like to rotate the other customers first before trading quarters for dollars because they say they’re always low on change, so I remain polite enough to walk again to the back of the line so that I don’t mess with other customers daily errands. I enjoy how patience Mrz. Christine has, and I always notice how nice her earrings look when she wears some. Christine and Reba almost use this one particular line, usually on a customer about to leave to do other stuff, she’s a sweetie.

Christine(Black) is extremely rude. Talking like trash. I hate to see her face. We need to report her to USPS Headquarter about the issues. She is supposed to get fired. Terrible service. Worst experience at USPS Office. Extremely RUDE. White lady is so nice to all customers.

The lady was very nice. She offered to help me look over all my passport documentations to make sure I was submitting the correct stuff.

It should be negative star. I agreed with the previous reviewers. The female attendant was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Horrible service, so unfriendly. Will never go back here!!

I have faced either age or ethnicity discrimination at this post office. I needed to fill out some paperwork, and female attendant kept asking me for more information than was called for. She had hassled me for information at another time I visited, and I had to point out to her on the form that such information wasn't needed. She did it again the last time I visited. Then it seemed that she made up a lie about wanting to know where I lived because she was looking for an apartment there. If all people cannot be served at this location with respect and dignity, then just place a sign on the door that says so. I dont deserved to be harrased because someone has a problem serving me, as I was made to feel. I will gladly carry my business somewhere else.

Annoyed because I made a special trip today to mail some gift packages. Doors locked and no indication that they were closed today. I guess they just don't care about good service. I used to be a supporter! It doesn't take much effort to post a sign.

Never recommend coming here. You'll stand in line for 20 minutes then be treated extremely disrespectfully by the staff. The lady refused to be of any help.

On more than one occasion I have had packages labeled delivered but never arrived, yesterday I had a package that was labeled as such, in 3 minutes I was outside at the porch where it was said to have been delivered and there was no package to be found.You can never get a hold of someone on the phone, I think it's deliberate, and I was called after hours with a voicemail effectively just saying that the package was delivered when it was indeed not. Packages rarely make it on time, and from time to time they just go missing.I like the area but I've never dealt with a post office this bad before.

The Catonsville Post Office is my local post office so I have used it frequently. This post office gets very busy and there is usually a long line to wait for counter service. They do have a drop bin now for prepaid packages so you don't have to wait in line any longer to just drop off prepaid packages. The ladies that work here are very nice. I have however had a mishap with one of the ladies where she insisted that she could stack up all of my prepaid packages on the scale all at once and weigh them together. You definitely can't do this - I ended up going back and forth with customer service due to this to get the charges corrected. All of the other ladies have been awesome. The parking lot here is very small and tight. Be prepared to park on the street and walk a little bit to avoid the nearby street parking spots that are metered.

I love this location! The Staff are always wonderful. Today, for example, Miss Daisy was her usual awesome self !! I was shipping internationally, thought I was all prepared, having a filled out customs paper, but I made some mistakes. They were so busy, but Miss Daisy was so patient with me and so helpful. I highly recommend this location.

This is the best post office in the Howard County area for shipping packages or for any postal service. The staff and management are the nicest folks on the planet. Great job to all of you and best wishes for continued success.
