“WEIS - one of my favourites grocery stores. They have everything. WEIS is undoubtedly a 'one stop shop'. Ptoducts are well displayed in an attractive manner. This is a very clean and tidy store. Fresh bread and bakery products are my favourites. Employees in the store are very kind and always helpful. Wonderful staff. When I encounter a small problem while checking out, Manager was prompt to come forward and help me. I love this wonderful grocery store and invite all others to visit.”

“The store is laid out differently than most around here, with paper and plastic products, laundry soap & fabric softener, and sundries in the middle of the store - nothing wrong with it; just takes a little getting used to. The staff were the best - courteous, cheerful, and very helpful.”
“Nice friendly staff. Super fast service, fill prescription's on the spot. Always explain what you are getting. Cheaper than Rite Aid. No problems with 90 day prescription's like Wallgreens. A great service for the community.”
“I’ve always had a wonderful experience picking up my cat’s meds here. They are extremely caring, patient, and really do care about the work they do. I go out of my way to drive and get my cat’s meds from here but they also offer delivery for an extra charge which I can see being super convenient for those who live farther. “June 10, 24, I entered this location, where I've visited often, I was greeted by a young man by the name of, John! I was so IMPRESSED, reason being, I didn't have to wait, call someone to come to the back, or just being IGNORED by the worker! This young man, was very ATTENTIVE, FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONALLY! While praising him for his good work, I asked him was he, new? He then stated he works at the deli, I said no wonder, cause I have never experienced this before, such great work ethics, this young man had displayed! So kudos to you, John, keep up the great work, you will make it very far, young man! Thanks so much for your good service!?”
“I decided to go by chance to the Weis market in Owings Mills to pick up head of lettuce and a couple bags of fresh express salad mix. I have been known to drive all the way to Pikesville to go to Whole Foods or to the fresh market to get my produce because my family is very picky. The produce section of the Weis market was off the chain. The corn on the cob packs were lovely, clean and the edges cut very conveniently and look so appetizing. The peaches were large and lovely. I had to rinse one off and eat one in the car. It was delicious. I came home with way more than I actually need. Great job. I now have a very convenient place to get my produce and I don’t have to drive all the way to Pikesville or Greenspring to do it.”
“They always seem to have what I'm looking for, even when other bigger chains don't. Their prices are excellent. Customer Service could definitely be more friendly, though.”
“It’s so nice being able to call a pharmacy and have a live person immediately answer the phone. Great customer service and helpful friendly staff who go above and beyond. I just needed to pickup a prescription there and had three sleeping kids in the car. The pharmacist ran out the prescription to me so I didn’t need to wake everyone up and carry them inside. So thankful for this local independent pharmacy!”
“Great groceries variety, good prices. I love the flowers and strawberries always so fresh.
The location is a 10 you have some stores around.
Have special parking and entrance. Very nice people working here.”
“Clean - aisles are clear - usually always well stocked- easy checkout with cashier or self-service. Interesting I have noticed that the bank of self scanners is harder to use at the main entrance compared to the other bank of self scanners closer to the pharmacy (it could be me ?)”
“Good grocery store. Pickup is convenient. In-store has the scan-it to scan groceries as you go which makes check-out super fast and convenient. Cheese selections are usually pretty good. Good seafood counter.”

“Great/clean store but I cannot recommend the pharmacy. The manager is always grumpy and you can stand there for 5+ minutes before being recognized, even if nobody is in front of you in line.”
“Always a great experience, like a throwback to many years ago. Both pharmacists are will to work with you and/or your health care provider to effect the best possible outcome. They get to know you and will do anything they can to assist. As the pharmacy industry has become more automated and less personal Ten Oaks has maintained a personal touch.”

“Dee went above and beyond to handle a complicated delivery of a critical med that needed to arrive on time. This is my first experience with Lifeline and customer service was excellent. My only suggestion is when sending the shipment and the Fed Ex delivery date does not meet the Lifeline promised delivery date they should switch from 2 day delivery to overnight delivery in order to meet the promised delivery date. This would have saved lots of phone calls and effort on both my part and Dee’s part. Nevertheless Dee stepped up and resent the med as an overnight delivery and was always pleasant during it all.”
“I recently moved near Security Mall and was looking to change my pharmacy. I called Weis pharmacy to inquire about how to transfer my medicine. The pharmacist gave me clear instructions and it was a swift transition. They were able to set me up with auto enrollment to ensure my alerts when its time for a refill.Today I received my first alert for a refill. The alert informed me that my prescription was ready. I went to pick up the meds and it was a line. The wait to get to the register was almost 20 minutes. When it was my turn, my check out was pretty swift. I think they may have been short staff because the pharmacist was working the one operable cash register. May God give her strength.”
“My daughter's Zoomer wheelchair had a minor problem. I took it in for repair on Thursday morning and it was fixed by Friday morning.Wonderful people incredible service.I cannot give this shop high enough praise.”
“It's been years since I've been in a small independent pharmacy. This one, Choice Pharmacy, is neat and clean. There was only one other customer in the store.I picked up the medication and left. It was a quick, efficient pharmacy experience. If this pharmacy accepts your insurance, this is a good place to go for your medication needs.”

“I have been shopping at Sam's Club since it was located at Port Covington. Occasionally it is a hot mess but when management hears the compliant they respond. And new people are hired because that is usually my compliant (bad customer service). Lucky for me, I have not had that bad service for over ten years now. And I love that I can find everything I want when I do shop there. Great store and location (even during the pandemic shut down) ?.”
“If you are looking for a true Mom & Pop pharmacy, this is it. Everyone here is very helpful and nice. I had to give them a hand written prescription and they filled it while I waited and we had some nice, fun conversation. I am a customer for life. Its the kind of service I remember as a kid that you can't get at the corporate owned pharmacies.”

“Such a wonderful experience at Caplet Pharmacy getting the flu vaccine! After I had a negative experience at a chain pharmacy, I made a call to Caplet and they were so friendly on the phone, going above and beyond to check if my insurance covered the vaccine. I walked in later that day (no appointment!) and there was no wait. The pharmacist was incredibly kind and warm, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I had also been to Caplet a few years prior for Covid vaccines for my children, and it had been a fast, easy process then. Thank you, Caplet Pharmacy, for offering such wonderful vaccine service to me and the community!”
