Maryland Home Pros did a great job in repairing our exterior front door. The door, about 20 years old, took great force to open and shut due to the bottom sticking on something. It also took great force to slide in and out both the deadbolt and door handle bolt. Their technician was able to solve the problem by replacing a misaligned door hinge and installing longer hinge screws which he figured out how to do only by shaving off a small portion of the wooden door hinge area. The technician was very polite and explained what he planned to do and requested our permission to proceed with his proposed fix. Another company that came out to inspect the situation before Maryland Home Pros came out would only proceed if we agreed to have the door replaced with a new one and also replace the adjacent small windows above and on either side of the door. That company’s cost estimate was astronomical compared to Maryland Home Pros’ which was very reasonable. Now that our house is getting so much older, we plan on having Maryland Home Pros return to take on a whole host of needed repairs.

Maryland Home Pros replaced a rotted out post on our carport and also did some gutter repairs. The repairman was prompt, respectful and competent. They did a great job on the repairs and cleaned up completely before they left my property. I would highly recommend them for any project!Service: Gutter cleaning

Justin and crew were a pleasure to work with - high quality work, very professional and all around pleasant people. We had a wooden deck replaced with Trex and expanded. Very pleased with the result.

Justin and his team did an excellent job on rebuilding our deck. They are professional, precise and communicate very well on choices available to make the project successful. I hired Maryland Home Pros to repair my backyard deck steps. The pressure treated lumber used by another contractor 14 years ago had rotted. Justin came out a couple days after I requested a quote. His evaluation was done quickly and agreed with my assessment of the solution. His team came out a week later and rebuilt the steps, re-using the Trex material to save me $. They did a great job. I am 100% satisfied and will use them again when and if the need arises.

I really hesitate to post this - we've been looking for a company like this for decades and are worried they may get too busy to take on more work for us! They have access to highly skilled personnel, so are able to address just about anything, and the biggest plus for us is that they were willing to take on smaller jobs - not just major remodeling. They installed a glass tile backsplash and a very complicated glass bannister, fixed water damaged wallboard, painted a cathedral-ceiling living room.... A key is that there was one very small issue and when I sent an email about it I got a response 8 minutes (!) later letting me know that they'd be out to fix it. That's the way it should be, but rarely is. They show up precisely when they say they will, are very careful while working and leave their work area spotless when they leave. We plan to use them for more work and would recommend them without hesitation.Services: Tile fitters

I had a great experience with this company - they came up with a creative solution to a complicated interior door installation that involved moving electrical wires and creating new switches, and all of the work was done timely and expertly. I will definitely use them for other projects.
