Went to Ultimate Import after numerous attempts to resolve my Jaguar’s concerns. In less then 48 hours I had an extensive diagnosis for everything some of which I got resolved allegedly elsewhere. Not only did he let me know what needs work and/or replacement he explained why. I went to Jaguar dealer less than 60 days prior to visiting Dustin and paid almost $600 for a diagnosis with little to no answers.
I’m so glad I found Dustin and I look forward to doing business with him in the future, he’s a honest man.

I have worked with Dustin at Ultimate Import Auto Repair many times. Each time has been a great experience. The quality of his work is of the highest caliber. He is willing to spend the time and explain things to me clearly and concisely, as well as provide his professional opinion. It is this interaction, that I truly value and know he isn't going to try to sell me things I do not need, or try to push me to agree to things just so he can make an extra dollar. I would recommend anyone take their car to Ultimate Import Auto Repair for expert service.

I purchased two turbos for my Ford F-150 (SO-0501964). The driver's side turbo started making noise so I took my truck to my automotive shop and called Ultimate Import Auto and talked to Dustin to have him send out a replacement Turbo since it was within their 12-month warranty (SO-0688356). When the mechanic replaced the turbo he let me know when the turbo failed it threw metal throughout my engine. He also let me know the passenger's side Turbo was failing also. The failed turbo destroyed my engine leaving me with a $13,000 bill to replace the engine in my F150. I called Ultimate Import Auto again about the issue and Dustin said he would only replace the two bad Turbos and would do nothing about my engine that was destroyed by his faulty Turbos.
I was being reasonable and explained I was not expecting him to cover the entire cost of the repair, I was only looking for him to pay a fair portion.
I do not feel I was treated fairly as I purchased the Turbo's from Ultimate Import Auto in good faith expecting them to be a quality product. Now I am left having to purchase a new vehicle for my family, and am left with a truck that has little to no value.
I could not be more disappointed with this company

I recently had the misfortune of taking my car to Ultimate Import Auto, and the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the service I received was abysmal, and I am compelled to share my terrible experience.
First and foremost, the communication was severely lacking. It took an eternity just to get a simple estimate, and when I finally did, the costs seemed to magically escalate without any clear explanation. It felt like they were making things up as they went along, and the lack of transparency left me feeling completely taken advantage of.
The quality of the work was shockingly poor. Instead of addressing the specific issues I brought the car in for, I ended up with additional problems that were conveniently discovered during the "repairs." It's as if they were intentionally creating more business for themselves at my expense. The lack of attention to detail and shoddy craftsmanship were apparent when I inspected my car post-service.
To add insult to injury, the completion of the repairs took much longer than promised. What was initially estimated to be a straightforward fix turned into a prolonged ordeal, leaving me without my vehicle for an extended period of time. The excuses provided by the staff were vague and unconvincing, further highlighting their lack of professionalism and commitment to customer service.
The customer service was another major letdown. The owner Dustin was unhelpful, unfriendly, and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. It's astonishing how they can operate a business with such disregard for customer satisfaction. It's evident that their primary focus is on extracting as much money as possible from unsuspecting customers rather than providing reliable and honest service.
In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering Ultimate Import Auto to think twice before entrusting them with their vehicle. My experience was a complete disaster, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable and trustworthy mechanic who values your time, money, and peace of mind.

I took my jaguar xj here for a coolant leak under the super charger and the service was amazing dustin informed me of everything that was needed and updated me step by step of the process and he does not tax on the price he is very responsible I will be using him in the future

I was in the market of buying an aftermarket exhaust for my Lamborghini Gallardo. The owner of this shop Dustin B. responded to my post in a FB group and offered a used system. He stated that he would practically be giving it away and would very likely be the lowest price for that exhaust. But he then quoted me a price of $2,900 for an exhaust that retails for the (now Covid inflated) price of $4,100. I was surprised to see this kind of pricing for a used system, especially when the same exhaust was offered to me by another legit seller for only $800. After showing him the seller and his offer he then came down with the price to $1,390.50 shipped because he stated it has been sitting in his garage for a while so he would be willing to go down on price. However, if I wanted to pay via a secured method like a credit card I would have to add 3% to the price. Apparently this guy doesn't know it's illegal to charge customers credit card processing fees.Anyways, I asked for an invoice but let him know I am reviewing other offers as well. A day later while I was running errands on a busy Saturday, he messaged me on FB saying that he had packed up the exhaust and it is ready to ship if I made the payment right then and there. I read the messages but I was driving so I didn't reply right there and then, especially if I had explained I was looking at other offers as well. I understand he wants to make a sale and be a little pushy however, what came next was just weird. He followed up a little bit later the same day with an angry message saying that I should have the 'decency" to at least let him know if I wanted to buy the exhaust since it shows that I've read his message.He basically accused me of giving him the runaround.I told him I was running errands and he needs to relax.That didn't help either, as he got even more angry and that he should expect to receive a prompt answer despite having been told that I am reviewing all offers received.At this point all I could is respond with a laugh emoji since I have never seen a business owner act like this.But wait, the laugh emoji pushed him even further. After seeing that he stated he would post his exhaust up for sale publicly, indicating he had reserved it for me even though it has been collecting dust in his garage since forever and I just met him virtually 2 days prior. He would also tell everyone on the FB group to not waste their time with me.Well Dustin, I have to let the millions of people who use Google and other online review sites know how aggressive you act towards people and hope nobody will ever make the mistake of wanting to buy anything from you unless you have undergone some sort of anger management classses or let a trained sales rep handle your sales.

You can't go wrong brining your vehicle in to Dustin. He does amazing work, and you can feel confident in receiving the best care for your vechicle. I'm so glad I found this shop. It's like having a family member or friend taking care of you.HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He got my Subaru WRX in tip top shape.

Dustin is super professional. He is great at communicating what the issues are and has so much patience. I asked so many questions and he was happy to answer anything I asked. I will not go anywhere else. He is beyong reasonable and fair with pricing. Highly recommend this shop!

I am so glad I found Ultimate Import Auto Repair. I needed a turbo replacement for my VW Passat. I called several places. It was immediately clear that Dustin is an expert who could get the job done at a great price. I was correct. He did an amazing job on the repair, gave my car a complete look over to make sure it was tip top and kept me posted throughout the process. He will be my go-to for any repairs going forward. So glad I was referred to Dustin's shop. Tried to work with the dealership but their quote was astronomical. After walking through options, Dustin was able to offer me a price that was significantly less than the dealership for an engine replacement. This is the second vehicle I’ve taken to Ultimate IAR and Dustin for service. I threw an error code in my Infiniti and Dustin was able to identify the issue and provide me a list (at my request) of what services hadn’t been performed by the dealership I bought the car from and that had been performing the services previously.
