Customer service was great at the beginning. I purchased a bracelet for my baby. I was told 3-4 days for the engraving. This was March 10th 2020. Today is March 19th 2020. I called on day four no bracelet. I called again yesterday I was told they had to call the jeweler and I would get a call back So I NEVER received a call back and of course the stores are closed because the government shut things down. So now I have no clue when I will get my baby bracelet. This is very disheartening. And the sad part is I had to do all the reaching out. NEVER buy from you guys again.

I had a wonderful experience with my jeweler RJ. He made sure that I walked out with exactly the rings that I came into the store to purchase. By the way I am a repeat customer. I only purchase my diamonds from this store. They'll work with you Good,Bad or Poor credit, RJ will take care of you and make it happen. I would highly recommend this store.
