I brought my vehicle for a chip repair that my insurance company paid for in full. They had me fill out waiver that suction from the vacuum my make the chip worse, that’s ok. The problem is the technician DID NOT inspect the chip before putting the apparatus on my windshield to insure that it could be fix and not make it worse like they did. When I asked did they inspect the chip his answer was no. No? Who does that?but a unqualified and incompetent person years ago I the same problem a chip I took my vehicle to professional glass installer and took his hand to shield the glare to get a better look at the chip and told me that it can not be fixed because if the chip is deep enough it will be worse when the vacuum is applied. So people please make they inspect and do no sign that waiver at all or don’t take it to Safelite .

Please choose a different location. Not only did my appointments get rescheduled multiple times, either the day before or the day of the scheduled appointments, when I got my vehicle back I had to cleanup glass pieces all over my car. A week later, and I'm still finding glass pieces in my car. One piece got stuck in my seat belt latch and now I can't buckle my seat belt.

I was 30 minutes early and although they could not take me when I arrived my vehicle was taken back shortly after the scheduled time.
I had a brief discussion with the service provider about my day and he assured me that He would do his best to get me on my way without taking any shortcuts.
I have No complaints the staff was

We have two cars, and coincidentally, both windshields got cracked. I made separate appointments this shop for different days, and both times the technicians arrived on time and perfectly replaced the windshields in about an hour. The technicians were very personable, and we are very satisfied with their meticulous work.

Be sure to understand that they aren’t actually fixing your crack or chip, they’re just preventing it from spreading. It will still look like a crack in the windshield. I called twice and they did not tell me that till I got here. Found that very frustrating. Other places were straight up and told me I’d have to replace the windshield.

Jeff was my master glass repairman. Very friendly. Attitude is key. Knowledgeable, neat, and clean. Met all my expectations.

After 2 appointments here they failed to complete my work order for a windshield replacement. The first appointment I was informed about 2 hours after my appointment time that they couldn't complete the work because of an error code on the scan. The second appointment after waiting an hour I was told that they couldn't complete the scan with no explanation as to why.Scheduling online was easy. Receptionist was friendly.

I don’t know if it’s just this location or if Safelite is always like this, but after they kept rescheduling my appointment week after week I finally just cancelled and got my money back. Every week was some excuse as to why they couldn’t come. Multiple times they called the day of to tell me the glass broke during shipment, a few times because of bad weather, and another time they just made me wait all day and then after the 5 hour window when they were supposed to be here I just got a text saying it was rescheduled for the next day when I wouldn’t be in town and when I tried calling to ask why it was cancelled no one would answer. I am so tired of making zero plans one of my off days every single week just for them to cancel. I am done. I’d rather have a broken windshield than deal with them ever again.
