Visited Lord Baltimore Drive location 6-14-22. I was very satisfied. Had a 3:00 appt and service was done in 30mins. Had small crack in windshield. It was repaired as promised. Mike did great job. We have two cars, and coincidentally, both windshields got cracked. I made separate appointments this shop for different days, and both times the technicians arrived on time and perfectly replaced the windshields in about an hour. The technicians were very personable, and we are very satisfied with their meticulous work.
