Sandy took care of me and wow she did a stellar job! My nails look incredible and it’s exactly what I wanted! This was my first experience at the Pretty Nails spa in Security Blvd and I am very impressed. I will be returning. Sandy ensured my nails would be long lasting and pristine. The care and attention to detail was amazing.

I went on my birthday 08/10 for a French gel mani and pedi! I paid $97 and tipped $10, after a day the polish chipped, I called. They got loud and rude, this is why I stop supporting these establishments! I feel I was robbed.

The technician was rude and didn't take his time. They didn't show me a lot of colors. He only wanted to show me the popular colors and he said that I would have to get up from my pedicure and look if I wanted any other colors. I wish that I could give a zero.

This was by far the best experience I have had coming out of town. This is definitely my new spot when I’m in this area Ben and Sandy were amazing. All my services was 10 out of 10. My eyebrows my feet the prices we’re definitely affordable I came by appointment will definitely be booking again ‼️‼️

I love this place! Sandy has been doing my nails for like a decade. She’s the absolute best and great with nails! Her and her husband are the sweetest. They always treat me so well. Highly recommend!!

I have been to this nail shop a few times and I never had any problems before. However, the last time I visited, the technician (male), the owner I believe, was rude when I questioned a price. He quoted one price prior to my service, then a higher price after service had begun. Upon questioning him, he responded " to go other place". I was very upset, but he had started and I allowed him to finish. First off, I was upset because had he given a simple explanation, I would've been fine paying the extra few dollars. Secondly, less than a week later the nails on my R hand started to lift, all but my thumb. Finally, I vowed to never patronize them again. Do NOT support this business!!! Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience at this nail salon. They failed to disinfect instruments properly after my pedicure. They washed the used tools in my foot bath, dried them and put them away for the next client. When I said something they became unnecessarily aggressive. They also used disceptive business practices with pricing. When questioned they became rude and verbally assulted me for asking a question. Thereafter, they overcharged me base on their listed pricing and refused to give me a cash receipt or the correct change. I feared for my safety. The female tried to ask the male to stand down several times. I remained calm to prevent unnecessary escalation. Unfortunately, I did not have my cell to video the incident. When I asked anothet client to video the incident,;the owners begin to attack her too. She was told she couldn't use her cell in their facility. DO NOT USE THIS NAIL SALON!!! I went to a safe place to contact the police, but they don't handle civil complaints, which means they kept my money (change from payment).As a Christian woman, I was highly disappointed. This was completely unwarranted. This could have resulted in unnecessary violence or other destruction over a few dollars. And, you lost a client for good. I hope you learn not to cheat and disrespect consumers.

Best Service I've received in Baltimore EVER! Ben did my nails and I did not catch the name of the guy that did the polish change on my toes but best service ever! Shape and color is exactly what I wanted.

I love this salon . Ben and Sandy are so great with my nails ! I have been coming here for 6 months . This is the best salon that I have ever been to . I live the way they do my nails . My nails have been growing strong and looking healthy since I started coming here ! I would recommend everyone to come to see Ben and Sandy at pretty nails !

Came in with my mom for 2 pedicures, sat down and realized the massages on the chair aren’t working. Call the owner/manager over and he said 5/6 chairs aren’t working. As time goes on, I’m waiting over a hour to be serviced but let my mom go before me. The person who did our pedicure did the a standard job but there wasn’t anything special about it. The little girl or daughter or whoever she was checked us out about a hour and a half. Don’t really recommend it but wanted to try it out since it was so near.Service: Pedicure
