I came in close to opening for a tire rotation, oil change, and filter change. I was out within an hour and a half. I loved that there was no pressuring or upsell - and they were kind enough to tell me something I should look towards fixing at my next oil change so I can be prepared.
What I really liked about this place was that they knew just about everyone coming in the door. I heard "how was your vacation" or "how is your husband doing", etc as people came in and out. You don't see that at really any other auto shop I've been to. You want someone to do good work on your car, which they did, but it tipped it over the edge that I felt like I could come back and be a part of a community with people who care beyond just your money. She troubleshot and fixed a few different issues on a used Subaru that I had recently purchased, from a malfunctioning infotainment system to an a/c condenser that needed replacing, all while coordinating with my warranty company to get the covered repairs documented and approved. Wells is definitely my go-to shop now.”

“I have been a customer of Albright back when they were commercial tire. My dad and I would bring our vehicles here. I moved to California, and 10 years ago moved back to MD. I had leased cars for the last 6 years but recently bought our lease and took our Q7 for new tires. I received other estimates that were double what Albright quoted. I got Goodyear Run Flats and they’re great!
Went back a few weeks later to get an estimate on my front brakes and a few days later the parts were in. Larry, Nick and Shane know their stuff, are honest, and have a great handle on peak business times.
There will be a line out the door when they open, but if you stop by mid morning there is less of a wait.
Worth the drive for me, for honest and reliable service!”

“The shop was very efficient and ran smoothly. They had several cars in line and yet did my oil change in 30 minutes or less. All bays were in use and all staff engaged. They were very attentive when I arrived and immediately acknowledged me and asked what I needed done. The general manager (Cee) was very welcoming and friendly. I had no issues using my coupon and communication was on point. Cee told me I would need an engine filter next time and did not try to up-sell me on other things. He told me they topped off fluids and the air in my tires. He even told me how much air they put in and that their policy is to top off any fluids or air for the next 3000 miles at any Jiffy Lube! I will be back and would absolutely recommend them.”

And I can tell you that this was the right call. Jiffy Lube and Mike saved me from sweating bullets in this 100-degree weather! 10/10 communication 10/10 price 10/10 service! “I was referred by a friend. I called on a Monday was told bring my vehicle in on Wednesday. I arrived 830am Wednesday morning. My car diagnosed by 11am Wednesday morning and repaired completely Thursday. I received a link and a follow-up phone call. Customer service was great and car maintenance was excellent. I will return if my car need work done in the future.”
