She was also responsive over phone, text, or email. The movers that came on site were very professional. With the logistical challenge this is moving to NYC, Orly was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. Would highly recommend them to those looking for moving/storage services on the East Coast!”

“Hired these guys to load a POD storage container and move a bunch of items to different locations within the home. They listened to all the instructions and confirmed along the way. Everything was exactly as requested. They did a great job of wrapping furniture and stacking items within the POD. They worked very efficiently and as a team. Very professional and courteous. “10/10 would recommend. We did a video walkthrough and were quoted 10 hours, 4 people, 2 trucks. They were spot on. I tried to have the place packed as much as possible but a family emergency prevented me from having the garage packed up. Didn’t matter. They came in, took a look around and got to work. The guys they sent were the most professional, kind, caring, movers I’ve ever had. I don’t know if our previous movers were THAT BAD or Moyer was just THAT GOOD.
They weren’t the cheapest quote but they were worth every single penny. They didn’t nickel and dime us at the end. The quote was spot on. They gave us free boxes including wardrobe boxes! They even unpacked the wardrobes!
I can’t say enough good things about Moyer. If you’re on the fence, just do it.”

“Moving went as smooth as possible on a very hot day. Movers arrived on time and were friendly, respectful, and attentive. Bed, mattress, boxspring, dresser, end tables, oversized sofa, desk, bookshelf, doormats, and bins were moved and placed as requested. Robert the owner was present the entire time from townhome to townhome and helped disassemble and assemble the bed as well mirror as well as helped to put the drawers of the dresser back in. I am thankful that all were able to help me move considering both homes required moving furniture two flights of stairs.”

“So I'll start by saying I loved this companies service. We were scheduled with another mover for the 15 of Dec (made the reservation weeks in advance) they canceled on us on the 14th of Dec. So in a panic I start calling every moving company in the DMV. After being told there is no availability by 5 companies I got in touch with Walter's Moving. Not only did they find a way to fit us in they adjusted my planned pick up and drop off schedule (two pick up locations) to save me money. The team shows up an hour EARLIER than scheduled huge plus to me. They are all incredibly nice and fully masked up. They were quick extremely neat and even made a second trip to pick up a few things that didn't fit on the truck the first time. Nothing was broken no walls were marked (they put up cardboard on the walls and layed plastic on the floor). I am recommending this company to everyone we know. Also, a big thing for my family is supporting black owned and run businesses and this company is. I can't quite express how much this crew saved my move day.”

“Moved from San Diego to Baltimore area. Upack gave us cheaper quotes than PODS or U-Haul, and the shipping time was quicker than the U-Haul pod system. Communication was great and the process of dropping off the pod and having it picked up was easy. We had it delivered to a local pick up site instead of a driveway drop off which lowered the price and it was very easy to schedule a time to unload the pod into a truck.”
