“The Sound Garden is really a music lovers oasis! Recently stumbled on to this place with my partner and this is going to be a regular spot we come back to. Huge selection of records from all genres, great staff and welcoming atmosphere! They have new and used records for a great price. They also sell old CDs, DVDs and cute games and trinkets. Huge plus was the small parking lot for customers- this was very convenient!”

“Can't say enough good things about this place. Brought in my son's Switch after having my old iPod fixed there years ago. Was pleased that they still had my info in the system, which sped up the process. A guy greeted me, listened, took a quick look, and gave me an ultimately correct diagnosis with a price. I decided to shop around at 1st, but came right back a day or two later. Was told it'd be a couple days, but was surprised to get a call 3 hours later that it was done! Picked it up that night and it's been good as new. Highly recommended.”

I've been to plenty of other stores where the "customer service" was condescending and tried to upsell me. Soundscape was very different. Ed listened to my needs and budgetary restrictions and gave me several incredible options within these parameters. He was helpful and insightful without being pushy or condescending. We also listened to some really great tunes on really great speakers while I was deciding. This was exactly the experience I needed to make an informed decision and I will return when I'm ready to purchase any more home entertainment audio equipment. “I dropped my car off with these guys a day after reaching out to get a quote…I didn’t book an appointment, instead I left the vehicle with this team with hopes that the tech could install the system within a week or so. LSS, I received a call that the vehicle audio install was complete and that I’d love the quality on the same day of drop off. I am impressed with Audio Connection. “I bought a mac book from this location in 2020 and did not expect to have to need repairs. my son informed me that his computer would not turn on or charge. of coarse that's the only info my son was able to tell me. first off I did not know the geek squad was still around. I made an appointment online but in the meantime I called people who I knew with apple products and all they could tell me was best buy is going to charge you an arm and a leg. I started to call around and got quotes for other location ( NOT BEST BUY) and was quoted 90.00, 50.00 to 180.00 for a diagnostic test. best buy call center rep informed me that the first 20 mins is free. I went on google and saw only the horrible reviews and did not want to go to this location. I decided I was going in and only allowing them to look at my son's computer for 20 mins and that's it. I was greeted by everyone I encountered. I wish I got the young man's name who helped me but I thought I would see him when I picked up my son's computer. Dustin was so helpful and professional. he told me he would keep me updated before making any repairs. he called me and told me everything was okay with my son's computer and I could pick it up. when I picked up son's computer everyone greeted me once again. James was very nice and informative as well. I am so glad I did not go off of these reviews, I hardly ever write reviews but I hope this will help with anyone who need to visit this location.”

Even though I was overwhelmed she was able to calm me down and get my needs met, I went to another location and they kept telling you me to goback to the place I got my phone from and I'm glad that I came back. “Good experience overall as I arrived near closing time. Went there specifically for a windows 11 laptop hopefully not expensive. While they only had a few choices they were good choices at really fair prices. The man clearly explained the hardware warranty. It kinda looks like a repair shop and that’s good to know also.”
