Ourisman gave me a written estimate of $414 to repair my hood. When the work was completed they charged $690. I filled a complaint with the government consumer protection department for assistance with Ourisman's problems.

We did NOT have a good experience while dealing with this dealership after a 4+ hour drive to purchase the vehicle. Not all the staff were nice and helpful. Multiple times of miscommunication with me and with themselves as well. Mislead us in the condition of the vehicle as it was presented to us in a dark area with no lights to inspect it properly. Then our safety was put at risk as a wheel was not put back on properly during their inspection. Once inspected by another service department, they stated that we are lucky to be alive. Once it was fixed we got the run around regarding some refunds that were owed to us. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. They only get the one star because it is needed in order for this to be posted

These people are either incompetent and/or have no service policy at all. Their finance department made a mistake which they refused to correct, leaving my husband off the title and registration for the car. They asked my husband and I to make an extra trip back to the dealership to solve a problem for THEM, so they could sell the car we traded into them. But when I asked them to correct a mistake they admitted they made, leaving my husband off the title and registration they said there was nothing they could do. Stay away from them.

Added $4000 to vehicle price When we were trying to finalize the deal called the dealership in the morning verified price availability and options drove there within 45 minutes of talking to him Decided to buy the vehicle he came back to tell me he couldn't give me a price because it hadn't been inspected yet and made me wait two hours for general manager to basically say the only Way they were selling it was with a $4000 non descript inspection fee On a vehicle that still has two year bumper to bumper warranty and 17,000 miles

My 2019 Chevrolet Silverado had less than 50K miles on it, and half the lifters broke. I immediately brought it to the closest dealership at Ourisman Chevrolet on Security Blvd. I have never been to this dealership or its service desk before, but I was warmly welcomed by Tim P in the service department. He immediately set me up with a rental car from Enterprise across the street so that I could get to work and followed up with me after they figured out what was wrong with my truck. His customer service was exceptional.It ended up taking over two months and involved installing a new engine. Everything was covered by the GM warranty to include the rental car and later on the dealership loaner vehicle. If I did not receive the great customer service (specifically Tim P.) from the service department, it would likely be the most frustrating car service/dealership experience of my life.Tim communicated about 4 times a week, even if there was not an update. If he was out of the office for a day, he would leave an update with a co-worker.Half my lifters needed replacement. Due to supply chain issues (far beyond the dealership's control), it took about 3 weeks just to get new lifters. The warranty only covered the broke lifters. So I was very nervous about the other lifters breaking. Once they replaced the bad lifters, the engine was still not sounding right. So they took everything apart and put it back together.Tim worked with the warranty company, and they authorized a new engine. So now I have a new engine and a pre-paid maintenance plan. Tim worked to get me the maintenance plan since it took over 2 months to get my truck back, and it renewed my faith in my truck.This happened between March and May. The reason this review is so late is because we welcomed a new baby girl on March 31st. Dealing with a broken vehicle a week before my daughter's birth, was the last thing I wanted to deal with. This process could have been a lot worse.Thank you Tim for truly caring about a customer.

Horrible Collision Center.... Spoke to Sage on May 17th who advised me that my car would be assessed and fixed within a week. I got a rental vehicle, drove past the collision center 5 days later and my car was parked in the same spot untouched. I then received notification through text that my car would be completely fixed on today May 31st which is two weeks later. I called Ourisman Chevrolet Collission Center this morning at 9:00am and spoke to Sage who advised she would talk to my mechanic to get a deadline. Never received a phone call back. I called at 1:20pm to speak to Sage. All of a sudden I get a text while waiting (5 min) on the phone for her. The text says " Hi, your car is in paint right now. We got a little backed up in the paint booth, so im estimating to have your car done 6/7. Sorry about the delays!" So no one answered the phone. I hung up and called back and spoke to Jordan who advised me that they were painting the vehicle and the vehicle is disassembled. I asked if they could just put the bumper back together and I'll get it serviced elsewhere? Jordan advised that I couldn't do that and that I would need to speak to my insurance adjuster about that. This is the most unprofessional and careless collision center I've ever been to. Never in my years of living have I waited 3 weeks to a month for a bumper replacement. I've had my vehicle serviced before and the collision center took 3 days. The staff acts like they don't know what's going on with your vehicle and that you're service is not a priority. I will never request service from here again.

OMG! The absolute worst service department ever. I have had an issue with the navigation for over a month and I just bought the vehicle in February. It took them all day to replace a SD card for the second time just to tell me that didn't resolve the issue and I always have to reach out to them for an update. The entire navigation should have been replaced and GM is horrible for not suggesting this. I brought my vehicle in today at 7:25am to replace the SD card reader (which didn't resolve the issue) and I had to track them down 3 hrs later for that update. Now it's going to take at least an hr to get my car back and order the part.

Shady dealership that can't be trusted. If you order a new Corvette, be prepared to be told you'll pay MSRP, wait months for a car, then be asked to pay 10k, 20k, 30k or more over MSRP for the car you ordered. Just go ahead and read many of the reviews and you'll see this place is just your typical, shady dealership, that you always hear about.The Corvette in the pic was marked up at least $30k.Stay away from Ourisman!

I love my new Chevy Trax. It is great on gas and drive great on the highway. If I have to complain about the vehicle I would say that the heat take forever to get going when I get it in the morning, It is slow to execelarate when you excelarate from a stop position. Other wise great vehicles. I love it

OMG.. Miss.Leslie goes up and beyond.....how do I start, Well let me just say she's an angel in disguise. Leslie is a one of a kind auto sales Rep. She not only goes up and beyond, but she possess this genuine personality to make you feel right all home, no matter where your from nor who you are, very professional and knows how to get any deal done..I would highly recommend anybody who is in the market for a vehicle to call and ask for Leslie you will be very satisfied.All I can say is a angel in disguise..Thank you ? ? stars
