I came here on 06/11/2023 @ 1:00pm hoping to use my Harris Teeter points only to be told that I can't use my points because I'm not allowed to do so. The clerk was very rude about it even slamming my car down on the machine causing it to break. This is not how I hoped to spend my Sunday just trying to get gas. The clerk should be fired immediately and replaced with someone is more comprehensive on how to provide customer service.

I have bought gas at this BP station many times in the past. When I stopped here recently they were advertising a credit price for gas and a lower price by 4 cents per gallon for using a debit card or cash. The pump wouldn't let me use my card as debit, I tried it a few times and it wouldn't let me put in my pin. I went inside to run the payment inside. It ran as a debit payment inside but then the pump outside still charged me the higher credit price per gallon. Very frustrating that they are advertising a lower price for using a debit card but they won't actually give you the lower price.

Worst experience ever, racist people. Owner doesn’t care about any customer service. This people harass customers when they can’t solve the problem created by them. This people are worst one I have ever encountered.

Poor customer service overall. Auto shop was randomly closed when I stopped by. When I asked what are the hours for tomorrow, one of the cashiers shouted "11!!" I then asked what time it closed since I know I couldn't get there until the afternoon. He did not provide an answer and motioned me away while he assisted other customers. The other cashier looked embarrassed. Unreliable spot and wasted time.

I've used this BP for years to have my car service. Just recently they made some changes within the body repair shop and it's terrible. The only reason I feel good about the one star is because the mechanic with regular clothes on was super nice. But the mechanic in the back with the uniform shirt taking information is the absolute worse..Don't waste your time.,

I used their car wash and it left marks on the hood and the side my car which I can't get off I paid 14.00 for that wash .When I complained they tried to tell me that it didn't happen there. BEWARE

Have experienced quite a bit of arrogance and sense of entitlement behavior over last year. The owner seems to spread that attitude, as if they are doing the patrons a favor by allowing people to spend there money at this establishment; they can be rather rude to be immigrants given many privileges.

Finding a skilled honest mechanic is hard. I got my breaks and rotors fixed. They was fast and professional. Very nice as well. Only thing is, I heard the noise that you hear when someone smooth out your rotors so you don't have to buy new ones but I paid for new ones. I did see the left side with the new one. I couldn't see the right side. Maybe it's just me, most mechanics I've come across in my lifetime have been fraudulent. I will come back for sure but I would watch 100% of the time and they have a window so you can.
