I was surprised that they had the hair color brand that my dermatologist recommended !!! I thought that I was gonna have to drive out of the neighborhood but ty try had it, yay

This evening I experienced far less than professionalism from the Asian Manager/possibly owner. He was haste and rude. He then proceeded to put my items on the back counter without allowing me to make a purchase and asked me to leave. I was pleasant and patient with his disrespect. Why did he act this way?? I asked if I could put my membership number in the system to accrue points for my purchase. I’ve been a customer at this location for over 8 years now, but it seems that loyalty means nothing. Moreover, my Cousin took this as a sign of racism. I’ve never experienced this before, but it seems that customer loyalty is not valued here. Think twice before spending your hard earned money here!!

Overcharged quite a bit for one of my items. Spent approximately 45 minutes extra attempting to resolve the issue. Manager offered a store credit rather than a refund on the overcharge. UNACCEPTABLE!!! After standing my ground, I finally received the appropriate refund. He became extremely unprofessional and rude. Once I informed him of my intent to post a review, his demeanor remained the same if not worst. I will avoid BEAUY 4 U at all cost. There are many other beauty supply competitors to choose from that offer good customer service and products.

I just left this store I shop here and other locations but today I don’t know this old lady was acting like she didn’t want to help or something just from asking her to show me a wig she got and attitude and funny thing this beauty supplies store are for black people and the I don’t not play where I spent my money the moment I feel uncomfortable I take my business somewhere else where they will appreciate my money where am not welcomed

I love that the employees and owners are very attentive. They'll take you to what you're looking for. The stoor is CLEAN. I LOVE that! It makes shopping a lot more pleasurable. Now, the beauty store in the Liberty Shopping Center is rancid. I onto know what is causing the smell, but I decided long ago never to go there again. If you're not well learned in buying hair, they will sell you hair for braiding that is old!

They are very rude. I was trying to help my mom find a wig because she has cancer and lost her hair. They make you pay to try on the wigs and will only let you do 2 for $1. You cannot do more than 2. They were very rude!!
