***UPDATED****Had what I was looking for... I called this location after speaking to another Advance Auto (person was rude and seemed like he did not want to be bothered to do his job) Not only was I greeted with a sincere, kind, and knowledgeable person the cheer in the voice helped me feel less stressed in an already stressful situation. I arrived the next day to get the battery the recommended as well as have them to install it for me and I was back on the road with confidence again. I highly recommend this Advance over other just for the cheerful and caring nature of the employees. Thank you all once again!!

i chose this location as my ups access point for delivery. I received an email yesterday my package was delivered, I came today to pick it up. I was asked what was my name by the service guy and he went to go look in the back for it. he came up twice asking my name and then gave up and said he couldn't find it. he asked his coworker that was busy with a line to help me because he needed to help another customer with battery. I patiently waited for the other guy to assist. he did a brief check but also asked me put in my tracking number into the computer. which I'm not used to doing but I did. nothing came up when I hit enter. I told him it said delivered and proceeded to show him proof of delivery via email. he told me it's not there this happens all the time with ups. I ask then where is my package. he tells me and I quote "I don't know could be on back of ups track they say things are delivered built not but you could look". I was baffled and shock. but I proceeded to look.i walk in back and all packages are all over the place no system no order. I looked through for literally less than a minute and FOUND package! he then told me I he had to check me out. but when he did he said it tells him I'm not in system my package not there it's telling him I need call ups. so as frustrated as I was and I let it showed because I'm honest person. I called ups customer service. once I spoke to representative told them what happenedand she said advanced is supposed to call. by then I put it on speaker phone and the service guy told her it says me. nevertheless she told him that it said it was delivered and its my name my package. never again! I will not be picking this location for ups or shopping here. I thought this would be quick and easy. never again. It was not my fault that it didn't come up obviously it was advanced auto system because me and ups had the item as delivered to location. I just felt like I was the blame and it was my fault. I also never received an apology or anything. Especially when I found my own package!!

Bought needed parts. Just so happened, my car would not start due to battery issues. Staff tried booster but booster needed charging as well. Staff needs to ensure that after each use to charge back to full charge.

Their battery warranty is a scam. They don’t honor it. Let me tell you how much they will try to deter you from retrieving a battery that’s owed to you. I purchased a gold battery January 2021 and got a 3 yr warranty on it. Went to the store on 3/10/2023 because my battery had corrosion on it and my car would not start. Corrosion is a first indication that a battery is done! When I entered the store, a guy told me they have to charge the battery and retest it. Of course the battery charged and they didn’t have to give me another battery that day, but 4 days later, I get in to start my car and guess what it doesn’t start and my car doesn’t have any power. If it was my alternator my car would get power but won’t crank, my car will not cut on at all, no lights, NOTHING. I called back on 3/18 and spoke with a a manager named Adam. I told him what everything that has happened in the past week and allegedly he told me, he will provide me with the new battery. I hope he abides by this because if not, I’ll be going to autozone from now on because they actually honor their battery warranties and not leave their consumers stranded over $200

Nice, friendly staff here. Produce needs to be fresher. Don't know why there is a separate line for people and carts at the deli. I'm a cart leaner.
