“I don’t particularly like the practice of inspecting my car for everything that I didn’t bring it in for, because hear me out. I have been charged for this by Previous shops and I feel like they are trying to upsell me when I just want my car fixed.. Jeremy convinced me that they actually do this at no cost and for my benefit. They had to buy extra tools just to diagnose my car, no extra cost to me. The part I needed for one of my repairs were not available locally so they did a work around to keep me going until the part comes in. Every thing that Jones auto care did for me was straight up, pricing was correct and I believe I have found an honest and talented repair shop that cares about treating people right not taking advantage of them.

“A&D was was real easy to work with. I scheduled a tow 2 days in advanced. They showed up when scheduled and towed my car to the mechanic the night before I was scheduled to be there. Doug showed up in the rain and had it delivered to the mechanic in no time. Sheena was a pleasure to work with via phone for the scheduling and payment.”
“I have not had the chance to have my car repaired here, but I have been an intern here. I was initially nervous about starting my internship here because I haven’t had a lot of real-life marketing and social media experience and wasn't sure if this was going to be the best fit for me. “Had to get my Chevrolet 1500 towed called 4 agencies in the area which stated it would take 2 hours and 30 minutes to arrive, I called priority towing spoke to dispatch they arrived in 40 minutes everything was simple as well as specific, Sam came in truck #8 he did a superb job he was excellent a stressful day turned out not so bad after having priority towing on my side will always have them added to my contacts for sure thanks again Sam”
