I have used South Mountain just a couple of times to address a few of my prep cooler equipment at several of my Smoothie Kings and they were very professional and quick to respond and diagnose the problems. I am very happy they were able to solve my problems quickly and completely. Thank you!

While they are quick to come out there are not very professional. They send unrequested quotes that seem absorbently high than when you ask for a breakdown they tell you they don't tell the customer the details of the quote and the price is the price. This seems very not honest. Add the fact that there prices are crazy high compared to bigger more reputable companies and I don't understand there business model.

Cooling unit for a large walk-in cooler at my brewery failed - putting a huge amt. of beer $$$ at risk. Called South Mountain Mechanical for help - they knew the urgency - and had an excellent tech there within a couple hours. Even South Mountain's owner stopped by to make sure the unit would work for us. Problem was resolved - they followed up for a couple days to make sure it was still working. Highly recommend them.Service: Heating system installation

Called for commercial service. Very quick and easy service- needed temperature adjusted on my walk in cooler. Was scheduled for 9:30am, didn’t show til after 12:00 (after I called office). Tech was nice, showed me how to do it for next time. Was there less than 20 minutes. I was billed for an hour long of services. After questioning it, my invoice was adjusted appropriately.

Horrible company to deal with. They are way overpriced - make sure you call around to get other quotes! They will also try to bill you for services that they did not provide! The lady who answers their phone is very rude and abrasive! When I tried to explain what happened and tell them the bill was wrong, she just kept interrupting me and threatened to call collections if I didn't pay. People need to know to avoid this company!
