Every month this place makes up more rules that doesn't make sense at all. I can pay the rest of my bill after my state insurance pays 70% of it, but I can't just not use my insurance (which is technically my choice to use it or not) and pay it all in cash? Sounds like another fake rule because they want to stall. Way to play with a persons health. For all they know this medication could be keeping me alive and they're going to make me suffer because they make more money for billing my insurance than when I use my discount card. If this prescription isn't available by 3:00 today, I will make it a point to tell everyone the truth about all the stupid lies they tell like the woman that won't do her job and tells you no because it's fraud every time she just doesn't know the answer and come to find out isn't even close to fraud
