“This gas station saved my life. I had nearly empty tanks and could only last 10 miles. All nearby gas stations were closed at midnight (stopped pump). Luckily, they are open 24 hours. Thanks to them, I was able to fill up and continue my trip. Thank you!”

“Great coffee and usually get myself and anyone working with me a sandwich in the mornings.Noticed some weird blue vests. I pay attention to work attire given past employment experiences. The vests color is off (would work for Tiffanys Though), and the material looks paper thin. This attire does not mesh well with the store colors in my opinion.This store could also use more diesel pumps. Overall good service and good location though. Best Chicken ever!”

“I love this RoFo. I’m literally there at least once per day to grab coffee, snacks, etc. The staff are great, especially the manager, Nikki. She’s lovely to all of the customers, especially the regulars (of which there are many).”
“There’s a new management car wash working cleaning everything. I like the smoke shop inside the store clean up everything so the main thing is gas prices is very nice. The guys put all the time gas down or all the other neighbors gas stations.”

“OK so this Shell station I patronize a lot usually late at night and early in the morning from working in Howard County and living in Western Maryland. Now I hate to use colors or races, but the white guy is very nice. Awesome guy, but the Indian guy I wish I knew these guys names. He has got a bit of an attitude problem so I’ll keep going there because I don’t have Shell in Western Maryland. We don’t have shells but I love shell gas but other than that it’s a nice gas station.”
“Friendly and courteous staff. New rewards program is great even though it's on an app. Random rewards pop up for things I actually would buy as well as earned rewards. Stock is where it's supposed to be it doesn't look like there's been a play group in there rearranging the shelves like it does at Walmart”
“I love leaders tried them out during one for the first time the young girl behind the counter was friendly very talkative the cook was great I told him that I used to work for the Montgomery village they said they loved their job the place was clean food excellent as always thanks guys.”
“Very nice workers. The woman inside makes sandwiches and the like fresh to order, we have a sausage breakfast wrap which was delicious. Also hand scooped ice cream.”
“I have been going to the High's in Glenelg, MD for years. There is a competing Royal Farms on the opposite corner but I have always favored Highs. The employees they have working now are really good. The assistant manager (whom I assumed was the manager) tonight is a really solid guy. I always see him going the extra mile (taking out trash, cleaning coffee station). And he's not overly chatty nor mute, but he will answer your question politely. Well done Highs.”

“It's a gas station. Self-service. Easy to find right along Sykesville Road. I don't find the gas prices here to be too high; on the contrary, they're in line with, or slightly lower, than others in the area. In and out, I stop by here every time I pass by.”
“I can no longer drive so I use the pickup for my wife and 90% of the time, there are items not found. This is for coffee, bread and some other items. Also, they have a Kosher isle and they changed some of the things I have purchased in the past they no longer carry. Manischewitz Gefilte fish in the jelly, now they only carry it in water which taste nasty.”

“This store ALWAYS has an impeccably clean bathroom and always stocked. The gas islands always have ample window solution and towels. The store itself always clean and well stocked!! The personal are clean cut, friendly folks! ..... and no ..... I’m not related to anyone there ..... just saying.”
“There’s a new shop manager now and he was just amazing! This was such a great experience. Both the mechanic and the service shop manager were very polite and professional when explaining to me what was going on with my car. They didn’t try to sell me in more than what my car actually needed and I felt the prices were much more fair compared to what I’ve paid at other shops for the breaks and other things needed for my car. I felt they were honest with me and my car runs perfectly now. I’d recommend this shop 10 times over to anyone who doesn’t want to get taken advantage of like most car shops do.”

“I'm share a positive shout out for this highs convenience store First of all, I really enjoy the fact that highs still serves hand scooped ice cream that's a old fashion luxury you can find in many places evening, so-called ice cream stores that serve soft, serve ice cream This past Sunday, 14 May, Mother's Day, I stopped in there and a gentleman name. Sean greeted me at the door. As I expected, I saw my favorite ice cream flavor and his partner and coworker very artfully. Serve me a scoop of ice cream and treated me like a gentleman. I even inquired around the restroom and they graciously showed me where to find it warning me that one of the restaurants was out of order. I had to pinch myself because I thought I went back in the Time Machine when manners and Customer Service, or something that was common place like maybe three decades are for decades ago”
