A family member had work done by Flick's and recommended this shop to me. I took my car to Shawn for an estimate to have two body panels repainted, and he promised to email the estimate to me later the same day. I never received the estimate, so I left a voicemail and also sent an email message to Flick's main email address (stating in both that I had not received the estimate), and never received a reply to either. Over two weeks passed with no response. My family member was pleased with the work done by Flick's so I was hoping to receive the estimate and schedule the work. It's highly unprofessional to not respond to potential customers, even if one does not want the business. As another review here stated, Shawn doesn't always follow through on what he promises.Service: Painting

I was recommended this shop by many locals because of their quality work and unbeatable prices. Though a couple of people were not sure if this was still the case because the owner did change I can whole heartedly attest this certainty is still the case. The owner Shawn cares about explaining things thoroughly and does not give you a sense of rushing when answering all of my questions and concerns.The work I had done was completed at a price that I could have only have dreamed of and he did it in just a few days which was amazing.

They did a high quality repair job on my father's Hyundai when he hit a deer. The car looks like new! The cost was very reasonable and frankly the price could not be beat. Sean was very helpful, honest and professional taking care of everything. Flicks will be our collision repair center from now on!
