Staff are also sensory needs friendly, which makes my life super easy bringing my autistic daughter in there. They allow her to run around while I get my hair done, and she LOVES MADISON!

It’s very sad that I have to write this review as naturally I am a very calm personality and hence doing something this is totally against my wishes however the incident this morning had completely appalled me and left me with my jaw open wide ….I had appointment for my twins this morning for haircut..,,, I reached 10 minutes late for my appointment as I was hit with a detour out of ordinary due to some road work …. Minute I walk in the salon first thing Elizabeth who was the stylist says to me you will have to reschedule as you are 10 minutes late for the appointment….,, no greetings no Enquiry for the reason being late nothing…., I was so taken aback and was shocked …. I still calm myself down and approached her explaining the reason for delay and enquiring when was her next appointment for the day to see if anything could be done ….. Elizabeth’s was adamant on the fact to reschedule…,, on further pursuing came out the Option that she will do one of my twins haircut as that’s all she can do in the time left …. I said to her very nicely not to be upset and that being rude isn’t going to help either of us … Another shocking statement I was thrown with was I caused now delay of 15 minutes when in reality Elizabeth was the one not ready to proceed …….To sum up it didn’t end well … I walked out with no haircut for my twins that was completely my decision as I was scared to put my twins in the hands of someone who is so upset and in a faul mood, agony and frustration on a Saturday morning , and to tell you the truth I had been to Elizabeth before three times and every time I had to wait atleast 35 minutes even after reaching before my appointment time cause she was backed up and I happily did so as I understood everyone comes from a different situations and not very situation is in your control……, very disappointingService: Haircut

I had my hair done for the first time here today by Dani I'm very picky about my hair I have to talk myself in to getting a haircut because it always gets messed up or not cut the way I want it. Not this time Dani not only fixed my hair but cut it the way I wanted when I asked questions she answered them she didn't make me feel d*** for asking I would differently recommend Dani to everyone. Thanks again love my haircut

First time visit, fingers crossed! Dani, did listen and hopefully began to repair the last disastrous cut. I'll know more when I have to style my hair. It looked good when I left.
