It was one of the best apartments until the charge me 800 for caroet i have never been charged for carpet after leaving an apartment complex... leaving a couple of pics of how the carpet was let if i knew they was going to charge me for carpet i would of cleaned the carpet myself

Maiwand, was the name of the maintenance worker, he was polite and went straight to work on my disabled dishwasher, and unclogged the sink I thought I unclogged hours earlier. i appreciate the work he put into doing exactly what I requested him to do.

Maiwand is a great maintenance man he is very pleasant when he comes into my home always respectful. Now when it comes to property the grounds are always clean no trash no loud noise at night just peaceful I just wish the pool on my side of the complex would open has been closed for two summers now. Never honestly know what the issue is with being open but I do feel for the price we pay you should have all the amenities they say they offer.

Over the weekend several electrical outlets went out in my home. Brain came in the first thing on Monday and was able to resolve the issue quickly. He was very helpful and friendly. I'm grateful to have full function of all electrical outlets again!

This is the worse apartment complex I have ever stayed at. From the maintained team to the property manger Latoya the professionalism is piss poor. I’ve left countless reviews that keep getting taken down goes to show that they care more about an imagine then actually assisting residents. If I could leave zero starts I would. If you value quality living DO NOT MOVE HERE

Let me first start off by saying you certainly get what you pay for however me and my wife experienced the worst night of our lives when an alleged property manager or maintenance who showed no identification whatsoever pulled up on my family in an aggressive manner that had we not both been calm could’ve went extremely bad(we both carry firearms) , me due to my line of work instead of this DUMBA$$ asking do we live on the property he automatically assumed we were illegally dumping then proceeds to call Baltimore county police like it meant something to us the further escalating the situation by making fun of my Islamic attire followed by disrespectfully speaking to me and yet asked still if we live on the property this whole incident is on my dashcam(unmarked police vehicle) I am completely agitated by this incident in my opinion don’t live here we’re vacating this property immediately after this incident

I moved in on Sept. 15th and I like my apartment, but what I don't like is, for the amount of money I pay for rent I shouldn't feel the tenants above me walking. The ceilings/floors are so weak the creak like a old house and vibrate my whole apartment. This is very annoying, because I informed the office and it seems it's gotten worse. I want to break my lease for this reason alone or move to another 4th floor unit at there expense. Hasn't even been a month and I've had to put in multiple maintenance requests that they day are resolved but when I go to check it's the same issues. I don't have time to keep putting in request for the same issues, I work 13hr days sometimes and to come home to ppl sounding like they are coming through my ceiling and my maintenance issues not resolved is frustrating.
This is an update on the status of these apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE, UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING IN THE PROJECT FOR $1,800/MONTH. Here it is almost a year later, and my electrical sockets still haven't been fixed. My electric kept on blowing when I would turn on my blow dryer. It's no need to contact Maintenace or the office because they are no help. Also, I don't know if they recently move in a bunch of college kids, but for $1,800/month I don't want to hear people's music blasting through the parking lot from a whole other building. The pictures below are of the hallways, the half-finished painting on my floor, stairwells with no lights and a whole host of other issues, on top of my previous review. You will also see pictures of my face that got bit up in my apartment, which I went to the leasing office to complain about and that was almost 2 weeks ago, they sent pest control, but to the wrong apartment, then had the audacity to tell me they can't schedule another visit unless It's for bed bugs. I'm like well you sent them to the wrong apartment so now what? Till this day still no pest control, I've missed time from work because the bites got so big I had to go to the hospital, but they are asking for my rent. I'm like when is the court date? On another note, police are in these courts every other night for the couples that have domestic issues. IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF THINKING YOUR GETTING LUXURY, HERE THINK AGAIN, ITS HIGH-PRICED PROJECTS DON'S WASTE THE MONEY. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. I have 4 months left and thinking of breaking my lease that's how bad it is.

Our sink was overflowing and we called on call maintenance to help. Olmer responded quick and fast! Fixed the problem of our sink because if we fell asleep we would’ve had a crazy water overspill. He emptied out our sink quick and fast. We called after midnight and he came in 10-15 minutes. Yall need to give him a raise! He’s very respectful and knows his work! Thank you Olmer!

I’ve had a leaking sink for about a month now. One of the guys from maintenance came twice and was unable to fix the issue. Today Brian came and fixed it immediately. Thank you for your good service!

I would have to give this location of Morgan properties a 2 out of 5 unfortunately, the lack of communication and responsibility is the cause of this 2 star review. I can’t speak on other’s experiences but my was not pleasant. It all started when I had an appointment to see a 1 bed 1 bath apartment, when I arrived on-site to see the apartment I was told the apartment I seek is not available to see until the 20th of May. Some apartments properties allow you to lease before the apartment is available so that part I can understand, the issue occurs when I call for an appointment I expect to be informed of the issue before arriving on-site. Following on this request my significant other made an online appointment to see the apartment on May 21st, once again she was told the apartment was not available while on-site. Being frustrated with the fact that me and my significant other called out of work both days in order to attend these appointments I contacted the rental office and I was told the apartment was pushed back to the 31st. This information was not giving to my significant while she was on-site and the website at this moment still says the apartment is available now. I also have to mention the website does not ask for how many bedrooms you need, so the rental office wouldn’t have known before to inform of us the push back but that doesn’t excuse the website to not properly reflect the situation. The reason this review isn’t a one star is because of the Cleanliness, Amenities and Overall look of the location but this is only an outside looking in situation. No matter how beautiful a property is on the outside, if the inside isn’t treated with that some respect then I can’t live nor recommend.
