“I went to David's Bridal Glen Burnie, MD with two of girlfriends to pick out wedding dress. First I am impressed that send email reminders, and also called to confirm my appt. They also sent out a questionnaire to get an idea what you were looking for. When I arrived to my appt, the shop wasn't packed which was good. Last time I was there was with my sister to pick out her wedding dress and it was so busy! We were nicely greeted! We were assigned to Kellie. I told her budget and what kind of dress of I looking for. I tried on three dresses and landed on the third dress which I girlfriends were describing the dress that I tried on a specialty wedding shop. Kellie was able to put together a beaded top to lay on top of my dress which made it similar to the dress in the other shop for half the price! Kellie was fabulous in helping put together a custom wedding dress that I love and purchased that day. She was pleasure to work with. I recommend this location, the staff are friendly and there are alot of choices for brides and bridesmaids.”

“One of My best experience at a DXL store, they had more better selection than other stores. This location at Columbia had a really good salesman name Glen. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, honest and patience. Glen even help me find a perfect matching pair of suit pants I've been looking for. “I was in the store yesterday around 430, not sounds cliché don’t have ever written review before The customer service yesterday was above and beyond that only the woman who is helping myself, but the other lady that was in there at that time was so extremely helpful and I was dropping and what she was telling these two women who are far from a typical runner who I could tell, we’re getting shoes for the reasons , and the lady took her time kind, empathetic impatient it was beyond customer service. It was a human being, being caring and wonderful to another set of human beings and we need more people like that in this world. I often don’t make the trip out there and I’ll go to a local chain running store out of laziness but falls road never lets me down”
“I was having a bad day, until i walked in. I must say this is one of the best locations, thus far. When you enter, they greet you and make you feel welcome. Kay is very pleasant and welcoming, with a smile. You can see it in her eyes, even with a mask on. James was also very pleasant and welcoming. Jordan and Drew made sure i got what i needed without a problem. They didn’t have a problem with checking to make sure the item was in stock. This team is awesome!!! The store is nice and clean, you can find everything without a problem. Love it!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!”

“The VDB store in Gambrills has the best and most helpful staff. I have BAD feet…it’s very frustrating to try to find shoes that I can comfortably wear. I tried 4 pairs of walking/running shoes before I found shoes that worked. I had to return 3 pairs of shoes. They transferred 2 different pairs from other stores. Each time they were so kind and understanding. I can’t say enough good things about this store and staff. They worked with me each time I came back assisting in finding me another shoe. This is customer service at its best. Thank you! This store will be a go-to store when looking for shoes. Online shopping is great, but sometimes you need brick and mortar stores!!”

“This store is pretty big and had a wide selection of both men's and women's clothing. They also had shoes and other things like hats. This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”

“DXL should not be a secret. This comfortable and welcoming store offers one of the greatest selections of quality clothing for big and tall men that I have ever seen. They sell shoes, too, as well as accessories (ties, belts, socks, sunglasses ) galore and brand name suits. The Glen Burnie store is in an easily accessible shopping center minutes from the highway along a major shopping corridor. Customer service reps are very hospitable as well as helpful and knowledgeable about products They also provide simple tips about fittings. I love this store.”

The store itself is really organized and cute with a ENOUGH selection, the staff is super friendly and helpful and most of all patient! “I recently visited Carter’s and had an exceptional experience, thanks to an associate named Sabainah. Her service was outstanding and she was incredibly sweet to my three children. Sabainah went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant shopping experience, and her kindness and gentle demeanor left a lasting impression on us.
She was remarkably patient with my kids, making the visit memorable for them with cool stickers and a fun coloring table. My little ones were thrilled and still talk about our time at the store.

“I wanted to share a recent experience I had at this location yesterday. This was my first time at this store, and I am going on a trip, so I just wanted to grab some affordable slides for my vacation. I ordered some things online but was unsure if they were going to come in time. I found a shoe in the store, but it was in the incorrect box. Super cute shoe! I went to the front to ask a gentleman if he had seen the mate and was greeted by this woman named Helen. She offered to help me find the shoe and she looked in several places. We were unsuccessful in locating the shoe, but she told me to leave my information and she would call me if/when she located the other one. This may seem small but in today's day and age with the normalized horrible customer service you experience at most places (that you actually have purchased things) this was really top tier and much appreciated. I have SPENT a lot of money at places and experienced less courtesy/thoughtfulness than I experienced here as just a Potential customer. Just wanted to give a big thank you to Helen. Even if you don't locate the shoe the fact that you even cared enough to try was really amazing. Have a great day!”
