This place is bad business the dude Steve is not professional at all. He messed all my car windows up tinted and they was coming off the next day. The Better business bureau need to shut this place down. Poor service

Steve tinted the windows in my truck and installed a new stereo system.. amazing job crystal clear audio the tint was spot on and very clean. I would highly recommend this place to my friends. they also do custom motorcycle work / paint bolt on's, rims , stereos, neons ect ....... worth a look if u want quality work.for a fair price ?

If you're looking for a competition sound that's not for everyday use, this place might work for you but be careful what you ask for. Initial work was pricey but clean. However, I was clear in explaining that I ride year round and needed a system that not only sounded good but could withstand the elements. The system didn't make it 6 months. Getting to that point was a painful journey that was explained as all my fault by the owner. The first two problems were tweeters that kept going in and out and a dead battery while out of town that wasn't replaced (although I paid for it.) I knew I had a bad battery from the beginning so I discussed options to upgrade by adding either a lithium or second battery during the initial design meeting. When my battery died, I opened my bike up to replace it and that's when I found out the battery was never replaced. When I spoke to the owner, he first argued and said that the battery upgrade wasn't included on the invoice. We were out of town at an event so I had to wait until I got home several days later to look it up (after buying a new battery) only to find out that part of the battery was actually on the invoice like I stated. He did apologize after I pointed it out to him in his own handwriting but he offered no compensation for the battery I had to buy at the event and insisted that he undercharged me for the battery upgrade during the initial work up and I would have to pay the difference if I wanted it fixed. Reluctantly I agreed but was glad I did. He opened up my fairing to make the tweeter repairs and install the battery. In fairness to him, he didn't charge any additional labor. However, during the initial planning session, we talked about types of amps to use and he convinced me that Rockford Fosgate would give me the sound I was looking forw but would cost me more than Diamond. I agreed and thought I had 2 Rockfords on my bike only to find out I had one Rockford (that stopped working properly in less than 4 months) and a Diamond. When I asked about it, he contradicted himself and told me the Diamond gave him more options and cost more than the Rockford but he wouldn't charge me the difference????? Then I got caught in a rain storm only to find out that none of the speakers were marine quality even though he told me they were. One of the tweeters in the bag fell out and all speakers (2 tweeters, 2 6X9s and 2 8" subs) have blown because of the water damage to the cones. Somehow, all of this was explained as my fault. There's more I could say but I think you get the picture. I've since had my system entirely redone by a different shop. However, with all that said, I probably would still recommend Innovative to someone who wants to trailer their bike and enter sound competitions. I would just advise them to check all work and don't plan on riding your bike outside a perfect conditions.

I got my car tinted here, bubbles came up and he accused me of rolling the windows down and the car was parked for the entire weekend because I was out of town with the keys. He then claimed he tried to fix it but the bubbles were still there. I wouldn't recommend here to anyone!

I was given a gift certificate for a tint and I stopped by Kustom Motorsport early in the afternoon and they squeezed me in for an appointment with no trouble at all. The staff was extremely friendly and was flexible with their time. I recommend this place for a tint job because mine looks awesome!
