Very wonderful daycare for your kids..The staff are professional,courteous and listen to every concern iv had..THANK YOU TO Mariah,Yolanda, Barbara(former staff), Jessica,Naseah,Janet,, J'netta,Sydney, (I cant remember all the names)All the STAFF are AMAZING & CONSISTENT!!Its not easy dealing with kids and parents at the same time..my 3 kids passed through Excellent start and iv referred more than 5 families here..I wish Parents knew what it takes to watch their kids they would appreciate teachers!!!!

I will never recommend this cesspool to anyone. The most unprofessional set u will find. I asked about toys and the caregiver said if I didn't like the curriculum I could take my child. This was all coming from me expressing my disatifaction sometime before. They do not communicate and at this point I would not recommend my enemy. Absolute worst never express ur concerns if u chose to send ur child there.

My child started 2 weeks ago. I was only allowed inside the building the 1st day. Parents must pick up and drop off in the driveway. I go to drop her off today at 9:45 they refuse to let her in saying its after 9:30. They never told me this policy. I work at 10. I dropped her off at 9:30 for 2 weeks. Staff never spoke to me said they told my 8 year old the previous morning and told her to tell me when I picked her up 8 hours later. So a child is responsible for communication the daycares regulations to the parents? They charge $210 a week and dont go on any trips but can't afford to write me a note, an email or call and tell me the policy by phone? What am I paying for?? Also 5 star reviews are made by the employees!??

The childcare center is very unprofessional and poor management. Horrible communication among staff, and some of the teachers are unprofessional. The center is understaffed, and can be a hectic environment to work in.
