Property manager Sharika is unprofessional. As well as the other girl who works there. They don’t know how to properly conduct business. They always losing somebody information & completely disorganized. Worst people to try and deal with. It’s a rip off & they try to do slick stuff to get you. Definitely a scam like ran business.

I am a Karran resident at Daniel Village Circle I would like to see that Daniel Village has been very professional maintenance has been up to par customer service secretary all are awesome if anyone was interested in being a part of our community I will suggest you try Dunn Hill Village North off of liberty Road very pleasant quiet safe environment and I have been here for three years and I’m not plan on leaving happy day Daniel Village North

I hate this place. I moved here in late September due to a fire at Tuscany Woods in July 2021. I can hear my neighbors every footsteps. That's not always apartment living as I was told by the leasing office. I can hear mice in the walls above my ceiling and im on the 2nd level. Right now they are turning over a unit & it sounds like they are building an imitation Arc, but the floor foundation is still a mess. Save your money even if desperate. Don't move here unless it's the infamous 3rd floor.

Been living here about 6 months now, leasing office are very friendly and helpful, maintenance guys are amazing, they have been on time and get the job done.

I have lived here since 2017 but since the new owners took over this place is nothing to write home about. Whithin the last year our building has become infested with mice and roaches it is becoming unbearable and when you report it it takes week or months before they come. They do they bear minimum when it comes to pest control. Dunhill village apartments used to be amazing

This complex and it services getting worse by the day. A simple maintenance request could take days. Old management was much better.

The staff Esther is amazing! She's always quick to attend to any problems that aris. "These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."

Let’s find out Dunhill is my first apartment I have been in the USA since I got in it I feel like am home I won’t say it’s the best in town but I will say is the super best of the best apartment ever best stafffs clean well organized in fact if I wanna write I will write the whole day . Not forgetting you Mrs Esther u are the best boss
