I couldn't find price checkers and was told they were doing away with them. ?? why, don't know. but overall i love Kohl's and it was clean, just cluttered today.”

“I've shopped at various Homegoods stores around the country and like this one the best. When I moved to B'more, I visited the Pikesville location which relocated to the newly built (at that time) Foundry Row Shopping Center. The displays are inviting and beautifully arranged. The quality of items with the "just right" markdown prices make it hard to leave empty handed. I never do.”

“This location I find to be the best one in local area. It is always heavy on stock and light on customers. Security and controlled entry at front. Store is always organized and home goods , clothing and kids are always overflowing with items. I check here before I venture to other locations. “The five guys closing crew on security blvd were amazing on Sunday May 26!! I came in at 953p and they greeted me with smiles and courtesy. I saw them work as a team to quicken my visit. They were extremely helpful with anything I needed. It was as if I hadn’t just walked in 7 mins before closing! They did not show any annoyance once so ever! “It's a great place to find clothing for a reasonable price. There is a wide selection of clothing, and you will most likely find something you like. The downfall would be the you need to have some idea what you need or you might be stuck looking around for an hour. There aren't many locations of the store, so choose the location at the right time because lines can get long on a Saturday.”

“UPDATE: Talked to customer service for Lifetouch Photography and JCPenny, the managers were SUPER helpful! They allowed me to schedule a reshoot which, by the way, was an EXTREMELY great experience with Austin! He was patient, kind, and gave direction for our family to look our best and feel comfortable. I appreciate the staff who were able to capture and retake the memories with our family. Thank you for your time and assistance with the matter. I give this review 4 stars since I would’ve liked the positive experience to have happened the first time we took photos other than that, I left the studio with a smile on my face and will continue to have my family photos taken at JCPenny! ?
Original Review: Been coming here for over 3 years and never had an issue until today!!! I just had a baby and wanted family portraits. My photographer, Summer, was rude and picked THE WORST photos taken for the digital album. Paid $130 just for my eyes to be closed in some of the photos and my youngest daughter’s face covered and didn’t even get to do the proper family portrait positions. Very unhappy with the quality of the photos since she rushed through it and don’t take the time to make us look our best which is her job. Have not been able to reach a manger or anyone after taking the JCPenny Survey and don’t plan to come back to the Columbia Mall location or maybe any of them for that matter. Look at the photos and tell me that you wouldn’t be upset that out of the 35 taken these are what she picks! These were the only 3 i had with my daughters and each one of them is awful! Eyes closed in one, her face covered in the other, and hair is messed up in the last one. UNACCEPTABLE”

I came in today though, and the line was very long. I feel they should hire more people. They've always had such great deals when it came to things in this store, but the wait times for checking out should not be as long as they were”

The pregnant women stayed in the baby section while the other would bring her stuff to put in on her jacket. This happend 30-35 mi ago from this post !!! I am just scared to say something in the store!”

“I love shopping at Ross and this particular Ross just opened in Columbia. The one problem I have at this location is everytime I go there it is only 1 cashier which means standing in line much longer than expected. I don't understand why for a new store you don't have more cashiers. I usually shop during to the week so I am not sure if there are more cashier on duty during the weekends.”
“I'm glad they raised their price to a $1.25,They are bringing back some of the items I was missing plus some of the items I needed are now available in 32 oz for a $1.25 as opposed to is as opposed to 16 oz for a dollar. After all I am glad they figured out a way to stay in business and serve our community”
