I have to admit this was the easiest rental experience I have had ever. Talyn Parker was very helpful and customer friendly. I was able to have all my questions answered quickly and with great information. The move-in process was quick and I love my new home

I’ve lived here for two years recently my apartment building had an infestation. Never had mice the entire two years I lived here. I requested to be transferred to a different apartment. I had go through 3 weeks of pest control. I have not stayed in the unit do to health concerns from the mice and pincher bug that had infested after the lady below me apartment flooded. The leasing office told me I could transfer but tried to offer me units that were not equivalent to the one I was staying in. My agent was nonchalant I’m never allowed to speak with the property manager directly and I will not be renewing my lease. I had a very nice apartment before they butchered my ceilings with staples. I also discovered a giant hole behind my microwave and my brand new cabinets were installed incorrectly and almost fell on me. Don’t move here not only is it a health hazard it’s also a safety hazard. Maintenance leaves your doors unlocked when they enter so random people can rob you. The quality of living has gone way down and I’m happy it’s almost over.

Punctuality is very important to me. I arrived at the leasing office and the staff were ready waiting for my tour. Essence a staff welcomed me in with a smile on her face. My tour was phenomenal as she intelligently described the apt features leaving me with no questions to ask. Good job Essence.
