Rob completed his review upon my arrival at 8:15 am. He listened to my concerns, the team did their magic while I did my work in the comfort of the clean, colorful waiting area. By 9:00 am, my bumper was better and my faith in quality craftsmanship with excellent customer service was restored. Got to be the best in B’more! Make the call.”

“We had an excellent experience with Peter’s Body Shop. My wife was in an accident, our insurance provider sent a list of approved auto body shops. We called the three with the best reviews in our area. The first two weren’t very friendly and were backed up with existing work. Everyone one as Peter’s was super friendly and they got us in right away for an estimate. From there on we dealt with Craig Duncan, who embodies knowledge and professionalism. He understood we wanted to keep the car, and made decisions that kept us from reaching a repair value that would total it. Craig was very responsive and talked with me at a level of detail appropriate for someone who does their own maintenance and works on their cars. Their work looks great and they got the repairs completed in short time. Overall and excellent experience, and Craig has my many thanks.”
“I love the work that Eugene and Mike did to my truck. My trick was hit from the back. I was leery about getting the repairs done because I thought it would never drive the same and the paints would not match. I was wrong. The paint match and the truck was like new. It was detailed as well. The turn around time was two weeks. They were friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish and very communicative I was and I am beyond pleased with the service that was provided.”

They came to my house at MY convenience the very next morning and repaired my son's truck the window perfectly. “Gerber Collision off of Balto National Pike has tremendous customer service. Several years ago, they did a great job with the body work on my Acura. Just yesterday, I stopped by for an assessment of damage to my new car. Kim, the General Manager, spent a good bit of time walking through options for me to save money and keep from filing an insurance claim. She had her team buff paint to my front quarter panel and bumper at no charge! The work looks great and it saved me thousands. I highly recommend Gerber to everyone I know.”
“Gerber Collision was recommended after a rear-end collision. The front office staff was friendly. Ian, the estimator, was friendly and personable. We both have Sonatas and chatted a bit about how much we like them. He looked over my car with me and even pointed out damage that I did not catch at first. He also informed me that the insurance company may cover a new car seat since mine was in the car at the time of the accident. He kept me updated throughout the entire process.
Communication/status is tracked via text message where you are sent a link to track the repair process. Repair and paint was quick. I dropped my car off on the 30th and it was ready by the 8th. It probably would have been quicker than that if one of the parts was not sent to them in error.
If I am ever in need of a repair shop again, Gerber Collision will be my go to shop!”

“Found my front passenger window smashed at 8:30am, and by 1:30pm, I had a new window in, thanks to Best Price Auto Glass. When I called my insurance, they gave me a quote from Safelite, which was $264 + $25 for mobile service, except they couldn't get me in that day, and I'd have to drive out to Rosedale (from Federal Hill or Bolton Hill, Baltimore) if I wanted it done that day. A quote from a mechanic was $330 + for the window alone, installation. Then I called Best Price Auto Glass, and was told they could do it for $169, with free mobile service, and it could be done that day. A technician arrived within a couple hours, was polite and professional, and finished within thirty minutes. I also appreciate that he made sure I had a look at his work and was satisfied before I paid, seeing as I screaming baby on my hip, and dog going berserk at the moment, I may have been distracted to actually forget to check.Hopefully my car won't be broken into again, but this is Baltimore, and if it happens again, I know I'll be calling Best Price Auto Glass, as well as, recommending them to friends and family.”
