“We had an excellent experience with Peter’s Body Shop. My wife was in an accident, our insurance provider sent a list of approved auto body shops. We called the three with the best reviews in our area. The first two weren’t very friendly and were backed up with existing work. Everyone one as Peter’s was super friendly and they got us in right away for an estimate. From there on we dealt with Craig Duncan, who embodies knowledge and professionalism. He understood we wanted to keep the car, and made decisions that kept us from reaching a repair value that would total it. Craig was very responsive and talked with me at a level of detail appropriate for someone who does their own maintenance and works on their cars. “You know when you do something that you would NEVER normally do? Yep, that was me with my trusty Red Rav. I was kicking myself. So I called CACC the same day and Eddie said bring it over! He picked up right away what NEEDED to be fixed and kept the car. But not until he loaded me up with his delicious chocolate (which I have quite a fondness for). His guys fixed up the car - it looks gorgeous and ... (Eddie gave me some more chocolate - sorry Eddie, now everyone is going to want your chocolate even tho I know it was only meant for me). Btw, Eddie has done work for us before so we knew what a great job they do. Plus, Eddie is just the sweetest person ever. He makes you feel better after you break your car. Thank you Eddie! “Found my front passenger window smashed at 8:30am, and by 1:30pm, I had a new window in, thanks to Best Price Auto Glass. When I called my insurance, they gave me a quote from Safelite, which was $264 + $25 for mobile service, except they couldn't get me in that day, and I'd have to drive out to Rosedale (from Federal Hill or Bolton Hill, Baltimore) if I wanted it done that day. A quote from a mechanic was $330 + for the window alone, installation. Then I called Best Price Auto Glass, and was told they could do it for $169, with free mobile service, and it could be done that day. A technician arrived within a couple hours, was polite and professional, and finished within thirty minutes. I also appreciate that he made sure I had a look at his work and was satisfied before I paid, seeing as I screaming baby on my hip, and dog going berserk at the moment, I may have been distracted to actually forget to check.Hopefully my car won't be broken into again, but this is Baltimore, and if it happens again, I know I'll be calling Best Price Auto Glass, as well as, recommending them to friends and family.”
“Joel is the only guy in md i use to tint all of my vehicles. Good & fair ppl & to be honest on the lower end when it comes to prices. Personally never had an issue worth coming back for but i know they honor their work & products . Its a little drive for me but its worth not gambling on if ur gna have bubbles or if its gna fade & turn purple. Ill add a cpl pics of my two current vehicles. When i get home today for reference. But yeah ill go back & i recommend them based on my experience's.”

“I am so very thankful that I selected this location to take care of my bodywork or my Honda CRV. The staff was exceptional when it come to trying to accommodate a person‘s needs. My car is equipped with Mobility equipment that I need to get around so renting a car was really not an option for me and I explained to them that I desperately needed my car back for a doctors appointment that I had no way to get to there. I spoke Kim and she said she would do her best to make it happen I really didn’t think that it would happen but when I received that call this morning telling me that my vehicle was ready, I was beside myself with gratitude. “I can not speak to the other locations but this place puts the customer in customer service. I had a complicated windshield replacement, insurance-wise, and they went above and beyond handling EVERYTHING for me. They were so easy to work with and I felt heard and cared about as a human (unlike working with Safelite). They have an all hours key/car drop off and my car was ready by mid day the next day. I send everyone I know here now! (Plus, it's right next to a Goodwill, which is fun to poke around if you are waiting for a ride.) 10/10 for these folks!”
