I ordered a couple items for a relative overseas who wants to use them to get exercise as he battles end-stage cancer. However one of the items was the wrong size. I attempted to exchange it for a different size and was told that their return window was only 30 days. I asked for an exemption to do a trade, since it was for a sick family member. They told me no, that it was 30 days and they would not bend for a person dying of cancer.
They did say I could order a new one from them and try and sell the old one. Very callous response. Shop somewhere else, somewhere that actually takes care of their customers.

Have to go 3 Stars here. I posted a review of a wetsuit, a good review with solid info for a prospective buyer. Not only did my post get taken down but I was emailed questions about the wetsuit I reviewed. How can you trust WW's reviews of their wetsuits if they control the reviews, choosing what to keep and what to delete. Kind of shammy

I very recently purchased a spring suit for my grandson's birthday and indicated his address for delivery. The suit came to MY house instead and I was disappointed and wrote a one star review which I cannot find, I hope it was removed. This company had the integrity to reach out to me with apologies and offered a refund on the suit for my misfortune. I cannot say how pleased I was to receive first, live phone call, secondly excellent customer service and thirdly to have them do this for me and make amends for their mistake. I too own a small company and value customer input and these folks went way beyond what they could have done....I would give them 10 stars if I could!! I also want to say that I have bought several wetsuits from them in the past and always had a good experience and I regret my negative posting....this is a company full of integrity and they have my loyalty forever.....buy from them!!! Thank you Wetsuit Wearhouse

Great service and options. After making an appointment, I was able to visit Wetsuit Wearhouse from my home in Towson. Kim was very helpful, and there is an extensive inventory of wetsuits. Definitely 5 star service!

I tried to return a wetsuit in which the zipper failed after the first use. They said they can't accept a return after it's worn on the water. Then their customer service department suggested I sell it to someone else and try and recoup some of my money. So basically, they suggested I sell a defective product to someone else. I'm not willing to rip someone off. You can decide if that's good business practice or not. I will never buy from them again.

This store asking me provide documents to proof I am the card holder after I place the order. They charge my credit card. Didn’t reply my email. If you think I am not using my own credit card. Why charge my card? Why you need I provide so much personal information. Eg. Take a picture of myself with the credit card, picture of my passport or driving license, address of my home with my name…..! I am just shopping! What’s going on !

Great inventory and very fast shipping. The suit I ordered had design issues (to no fault at all to wetsuit wearhouse) but I am leaving a 3 star review due to them filtering out my honest review of the product. I only left the review in the hopes it would help other customers and was disappointed to not see my review posted after weeks have gone by. Just be aware that the five star reviews you see on their site might not be honest five stars.

The staff is extremely helpful. I went with my wife and they had wetsuits ready for us to try on. They also answered lots of questions we had, and they were super nice and patient with us. The only downside is the location and limited hours. Great customer service!

The size chart is ridiculous. My 8 year old grandson is 4'4" tall and 26" at the chest and 23" at the waist. These measurements are at the low end of the size 8 and, to be safe, I ordered a size 10. It is too tight in his crotch so now I have to send it back and pay shipping due to an inaccurate size chart. This is why people shop at Amazon. At least we can buy and return a product without paying shipping. This is the last time I'll buy from the Wetsuit Warehouse. It doesn't matter what the quality is if it doesn't fit.
