“We had a great experience renting an auto transport trailer from this location. I made a reservation online the night prior. Pick-up the following day was quick and easy. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. The man assisting us was very polite and friendly. He knew what he was doing without any hesitation. An all around pleasant experience. Will definitely rent from them again!”
“Mike Reyes has outstanding customer service skills, he went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one. I'm a 63 year old woman and I was already overwhelmed by the trauma of having to move again. My only suggestion is that uhaul should offer discounts for the elderly as well as frequent flyers. This is my 2nd relocation in less than 6 months, it's very costly, as well as emotionally exhausting for someone of my age.”
“We needed to stop in on Sunday 6/7 to exchange a car we had rented in Pittsburgh. Our original car smelled like stale cigarettes and we couldn’t handle it. The girl at the counter (forgive me for not knowing her name) was so understanding and didn’t miss a beat. She went out, grabbed us a mini van and sent us on our way. I CANNOT say enough good things about her! She was working so hard, checking people in, doing paperwork, bringing cars around and cleaning cars! All by herself. She is a ROCK STAR”

Every time they are great with service and they are man of their words, Patrick used to work there now new man started working, his name is Mike, they both did really good job and alot satisfied customers. I was also very pleased they took the time to follow up with me a week later and reminded me that when it is convenient to come back they will be ready to take good care of my equipment!!
