Service is horrible. No one at the receiving office. Forklift drivers act like it’s difficult to stop an try to get someone. Been sitting at this window for 30 minutes with no contact. Where is management. Once again another company that doesn’t value drivers. Ridiculous.

There is parking available before and after delivery on the street. Check in was easy and the friendly staff were helpful. Had an 11 pm appointment and arrived at 5pm. Was checked in at 8pm, at a door by 10 pm and parked on the street with my paperwork by 1230am. A+ would deliver again. Thank you!

Been here twices,…. To be honest i tough i was gonna be here for fews long hours (reading few comments ) my eta was 10pm for a midnight apptt , but in my way had a blow tire & and also a bad susp air bag was on side of the road, got it fix , got here by 3:40am got out by 5:10am . TY guard check & the lady at receiver

09/11/23 park on the side of the street (enough parking for trucks) check in at the first driveway with the security he'll ask for DOT number BOLs and your phone number from there you'll get a door go to your doorthen u gotta take your papers to receiving office that's on south side of building by dock 11 I only had two pallets took one hour for everything.

Waiting to unload the problem here is the parking, do not come before your appointment because they receive you exactly by appointment and if you come much earlier you will not find parking they start unloading until ten at night
