Fantastic, simply wonderful. Installation crew showed up promptly, were courteous and set up the table at record speeds. They took the time to make sure everything was level and that we understand the ins-and-outs of the product. Will definitely use them again!

As the old saying goes fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me....Visited Robbies on February 4, 2023 to price out having our 7ft Olhausen re-felted. My husband and I wanted Simonis cloth only. (were already knew it was hard to get) Gary was abrupt about the fact that was what we wanted but showed us the color chart. He took our name and phone number said he would call his supplier on Monday and see what was available, and let us know. We were willing to pay a little extra for Simonis because it is a better quality and it just plays better. Monday came and went, Tuesday came and went. I called a couple times got put on hold, was told he would call me back. Nothing. I started calling and researching other companies to re-felt our table. Found one . Funny the other company was able to obtain , and have our Simonis cloth dropped shipped with in 12 hours of contact. Today February 24,2023 I get an email from their rockville store scheduler giving me a price and a color chart (we had already given Gary the colors we wanted) I called to let them know that leaving a customer hanging for that long is bad service, and we had already located someone to do the work.I was told they are trying to get their customers to not use Simonis cloth and to go with something else because they can't get it. Funny. thing our other servicer was able to This is not the first problem we have had with Robbies. Several years ago we has a warranty issue with our table (Olhausen covers most of their parts for life) We had a pocket issue. We have 6 leather pockets well one of them had a defect problem was they no longer made these pockets Robbies answer to me was they would order one pocket and replace it, even though the color was totally different they said it would fade over time. I had to contact Olhausen directly to get the issue corrected. Robbies would have been out nothing for making it right it was under warranty. I will never do business with a company that does half a** work, and can't be bothered with any sort of follow up.

Several months ago we called Robbie's and had an extremely helpful conversation about purchasing a pool table. The gentleman was very nice and patient and gave us lots of good information. We meant to get in sooner but one delay after another and finally last week we drive up with the intention to buy- and we did. However, three stars because even though it says:Health & safety Measures taken here:Mask requiredStaff wear masksStaff get temperature checksStaff required to disinfect surfaces between visitsHOWEVER-They actually do not have the decency to care enough to wear masks in the presence of customers. At all. And as of this writing, Maryland is only in the first phase of rolling out vaccines- to elderly and front line workers only, so it's not like this pandemic is over. They told us they never have! If the Rockville location wasn't open by appointment only at this point in time and if we hadn't just driven 45min in the opposite direction from Rockville we would have turned around immediately, since I have an autoimmune disease. Instead we discussed and decided stay and do what we set out to do. I never thought I'd have to call ahead to find out if a company is respectful enough to care about the wellbeing of their customers when they advertise that they specifically do. Lesson learned...

Is this company still in operation? I have called many times over the last week but no one answers and the voicemail box is full. Have sent multiple emails with no response. They installed a table for me about a year ago and they were fantastic but I need some help with the table they set up but now I can't get ahold of them.

We recommend Robbies to anyone considering purchasing a pool table.We visited the Williamsport showroom twice. Gary was very helpful and discussed a number of aspects relating to buying/owning a pool table. In addition to the table, there are a variety of accessory packages to chose from. We made our purchase on 9/19 and on 9/22 we received an email offering us a 10/6 delivery date. A two man crew arrived right on time that morning and installed our table. They were both very polite, professional and were finished in about two hours. We are enjoying the table and while I hope we never have to use it, the written warranty seems to very complete.

Working with Patrick, Candice, and their staff was an absolute pleasure, and we appreciate their patience as we made choices regarding our pool table. They made helpful suggestions and were very accommodating, punctual, and followed up to make sure we were pleased with their services. We were, and will use them again if it becomes necessary.
