Williamsport, MD horrible customer service. I witnessed the store manager blatantly disrespect an elderly customer over ice cream. Will never return.

This spot is my back up spot if I’m in the area. The cashiers here are always nice to me. Store is a bit tight as far as space. Nice store over all for a good snack run.

The blond lady manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. There was a pile of trash and broken down boxes in the middle of the sales floor. I took a couple of empty boxes from the pile and she came out screaming at me and berating me about how customers aren't allowed to take empty boxes. No need for that. I will NEVER go back there again.

The manager, Tammy, is cursing and screaming at customers and employees every time I go in here. She might be the nastiest manager I have ever seen. The employees here are extremely negative and seem to hate their jobs.

Whatever lady was working on Feb 25th around 11am said ONLY THE MANAGER CAN SCAN FEDEX DROP OFFS. which is either a Lie or Laziness because I went to the DG in WV and a Regular employee took the FedEx Drop Off with NO PROBLEM! She even said "anyone with a scan gun can do it" wow.

Imagine loosing your credit cards and being stranded with your family of 7, and your wife being confined to a wheelchair. A family member sends you money via Western Union, so you can get rooms until you can replace your cards. You walk 2 miles to Dollar General in Williamsport MD, because they are a Western Union agent. Only to be told by the employee on duty that he doesn't know how to "do" Western union. In fact, I was told sorry but you're out of luck?!So much for the "AWARD WINNING TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS" that's stated on their website. Thats a joke obviously. Are there not managers at these stores or was he the manager??!!?What makes it worse is not one reply or apology from the store or dollar general corporate?! So guess what...in the words of that employee with the award winning training...DOLLAR GENERAL....YOURE OUT OF LUCK. ITS NOW GOING TO BE IN THE HANDS OF ATTORNEYS! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and now mental scars!!
